When Did PlayerAuctions Start Scamming? What am I missing...

Just attempted to purchase some osrs gold through playerauctions like many times before. This time because they discontinued paypal i used the cc option. The payment was authorized, then a few mins later the order "Failed" It states that you were not charged on the failed order page..But thats absolutely not true. I was charged Today for the full amount on a "failed" order that i cant dispute or anything. The worst part? I found out after some digging this is the SECOND $40+ charge (in 1 month) they have taken from my bank account, stated the "Order Failed" and then NEVER RETURNED MY MONEY. I am so pissed. They have no way of contacting over the phone either. When should i call my bank and begin the fraud process?

What do they say? Did you try contact them through the livechat. And did you do some research about your problem?
