    What's wrong with me?

So lately in school, everything has been like so freaky. In German class, we get all these words thrown at us that I can never understand without actually knowing them but all these sad people just randomly know. In Maths, we've been doing linear equations and problem solving relating to them and I find that lots of the mathematical rules involving them contradict each other and appear spontaneously. In Science I'm expected to remember the whole fucking digestive system after like one hour of some fast paced crappy Science video which we have to right everything down and in History, I've gotta do this rate shit examination on WW2 which is two non structered yet structured freaking PARAGRAPH!

Back to the question, I am tired all the time but have great difficulty getting to sleep? This makes my ^^^^^^^^^^^^^ two times harder.
Anybody know why I am always tired, even if I get twelve hours of sleep!

Or can anyone offer support on my problems, ways of relaxing etc.
No I am not trolling or whatever you wanna call it.

    What's wrong with me?

My guess is that it is something to do with your diet.

    What's wrong with me?

No but some of my friends got it.

Maybe. It's not as if I eat a lot of bad food, oh wait.. I do. But I doubt I'm allergic to anything. My diet is okay, I eat plenty of vitamins and tend to have fruit and vegetable every day. Maybes you could expand on that or someone else could.

    What's wrong with me?

Hey it's that guy who bragged about Harvard!
Yeah, my mum suggested diabetes when I mentioned I was a little stuck about school and I was tired but I'd probably be more edged towards anemia. If I had diabeties I'd be dead right?

    What's wrong with me?

Um I fail to see how diabetes = death but I will move on from that point

12 hours of sleep isn't healthy, and no one should feel normal after that. Oversleeping can also cause you to feel run down and lethargic, which is what I assume you mean when you say tired

Talk to a doctor about it, maybe you're suffering from insomnia. I have it, and it sucks. I usually wind up staying up at least 18-20 hours before I can manage to fall asleep. The shitty part is, I tend to be very tired. If you're worrying a lot about school that is probably the reason. Anxiety issues can lead to insomnia. That's usually what happens to me, I'll be tired and go to lay down for bed then start thinking and planning what I want to do the next day or about what I did today etc. and it keeps me up all night. At times it'll even make me jittery (serious anxiety issues)

If your problem sounds similar to mine, a doctor is your best bet. Might give you sleeping meds but if he does do NOT take them every night, because odds are he will only give you a 1 or 2 month prescription. Use them AS NEEDED. Don't want to start relying on them then when you run out your sleeping schedule become even more fucked up.

    What's wrong with me?

if its not diabetes, you need to listen to me.

from your post, it seems like you want to learn? but its really hard because you're tired? i recently moved to a great school but the problem is its bout a 1hour and 10 minutes away from my house, so i know how it feels to be tired and i can sort of say im in the same situation.

firstly, it sounds like you're really stressed. STRESSING is really bad, can make you confused, tired, and hard to understand things. so you need to relax, watch tv, read a book, listen to music, you need to get your mind off of life, this is very common with most people, as they are stressed from work and dont know how to split work from family/alone time.

deep breathing and relaxation is a great way to calm yourself as well, you can google relaxation techniques, it helps alot.

i would also suggest cutting off your time on video games, this can make you sleep bad, as you always think about it, and can make you very stressed, for example dieing from pking, getting scammed and what not.

hope this helps, any questions please ask

    What's wrong with me?

Alright. True what all of you guys said. I don't have insomnia like you do Mattjew, but I do have anxiety. School is tough. Maybe I should get a blood test. I think I'd be falling asleep in Maths if I'd just taken like a kilogram of speed and had drinken 50 energy drinks.

Stress can be a factor, like Bboy said. But if nothing helps you, go to a doctor, you could have some bigger problem you dont know of.
