On a serious note.. It sounds like Schizophrenia.
 
Hmm, strange, I have it sometimes when I sleep. Just a couple nights ago, I was trying to sleep and I suddenly woke up and it felt like I was shaking and I heard someone whispering shit that I couldn't understand.

However, thats just because I have sleep paralysis, and I'm pretty sure it was just an episode.

However, yes, you should see a doctor whether if you want to or not.

It's so scary when it happens for me.. What's it like for you? I'm scared of them doing something I wouldn't like :/

Yes, there is medication for schizophrenia, and there has been a lot of medical progress for that disease recently. I watched a documentary on magnet treatments for schizophrenic patients, and there are a few pills you can take that may help lessen the effects.

I'll talk with my mum tomorrow and see what she says to do, any idea what the pills are? Just so I can research what they do and stuff :D
 
It freaked me the fuck out because I haven't had a sleep paralysis that bad in a long long time. When I started getting sleep paralysis when I was younger thats what they were kinda like, but this is the worst I have had in awhile. I am over it now however.

If you don't want to go to the doctor, just try to block it out, it may take awhile but theres ways to block out almost anything.

I'm pretty sure that what you tell your Doctor is confidential and he's not going to run to your employer telling them.
