Actually it would be near useless. Most people wouldn't ever use it. And it's useless because for starters, all they do is make a new email address, and wallah, all the old information is OLD. Second, even if you did manage to keep it up to date, it would STILL be out of date.

It's the same thing with impostor lists, they sound good in theory, but in practicality, they're useless.
