What do you guys think about...Yoga?

Like I've done a lot of yoga lately, and I don't really care if it's considered a 'girl's workout', I do it for the fitness aspect, and don't really care much of what the norm in fitness is considered to be. If it gives me a hella workout, I will do it! On a side note, it's given me chances to meet some girls, so if anything you guys should try it for that reason lol. What do you guys think?

 

never done it before but it seems pretty relaxing and therapeutic. i was also reading something about an nba player who also claimed that yoga prolonged his career as well. but yeah, would be a good opportunity to meet girls... and the fact they do it in spandex? mmm. dat ass.

 

When I had work experience the guy training me took me to a Yoga class at lunch. I found it very relaxing and I did kind of feel a bit of pain in my legs a few hours later. We were the only guys so it was pretty cool, the instructer paid most of her attention on us lol.

 

I like it, makes me relieved

And oh man, I haven't gone to a class yet myself but I'm dyeing to go! I need a partner though cause if I do go I want to get some numbers and I need mah wingman along lol. Gosh just thinking about all those spandex in one room.. ^_^
