    How many sets do you do?

    Do you have a uniform rule of 4 sets per exersice, or do you switch it up for different body parts?

    I currently do 4 sets of 8-12 reps, seems to be the norm. Just wondering what you other Sythe guys do?

    3x sets of 15 then 1x set until failure

    How many sets do you do?

    2-4 sets and 8-12 reps depending on the exercise.

    How many sets do you do?

    Currently doing 4-5x15, trying to work on hypertrophy and aesthetics. I also rotate with a 5x5 which I’m a firm believer for getting stronger.

    How many sets do you do?

    4-6 sets just to get that volume. I do an upper/lower split

    How many sets do you do?

    Compound movement: 3x12-10-8 while increasing weight each time
    Machine/cable exercises: 4x10
    Large muscle isolated: 3x12
    Calisthenics: depends, usually 4x25 or 4 reps until failure.

    New regime I got a few weeks ago, and along with continuing my meal prep diet, I gained 9lbs in 20 days.

    I've also been suggested to include TRX, but I haven't been able to do it right to feel a good pump after a TRX workout.

    How many sets do you do?

    depends on the regiment, strength i do 5x5 on the main lifts and then 4x8-12 on accessory movements. Body building split I do 4x8-12 on almost everything, usually 8 reps of heavy weight.

    How many sets do you do?

    I think working out is to 'scientific' these days & the healthiest people in the world with as little mental/physical health issues until
    death is from a long time ago.

    For me, I work out to keep my overall body in shape. You won't catch me going to the gym to do legs one day, and chest another day,
    and try to become some massive guy.

    I try to eat solid foods, no sugar, barely any grain, no processed, etc.

    You'll catch me doing a couple hundred different dumb bell reps, squats, situps, pushups, and going for a walk almost daily.

    Sometimes I do 30 curls, 20 butterflies, some shoulder raises, and some triceps, without even putting the weights down. It'll be a
    100-150 rep set all at once, pouring sweat, etc. I find this kind of endurance working out to be more beneficial for me than any sort
    of scheduled shit.

    How many sets do you do?

    It all depends what i am training and what i am training for....

    Every week ive been mixing it up so week 1 i do 10 sets of 10 on each exercise following week i do 3 sets of 10. and keep repeating until 6 weeks has gone past then i change it up all over again its all about confusing the fuck out of your muscles dont let them get used to it!

    It depends on different factors, because I also training in basketball team) Usually it is 3x-4x sets of 12-15 times. Do you like basketball? I'm a fan of LA Lakers:) and follow all their games on fscore.in cool website for sport fans.

    Normally 3 sets of 8-12 reps of whatever exercise and then a 30 second break in-between until the next exercise set begins.

    How many sets do you do?

    4 sets usually.

    1x10 warmup with low weight to get the motion rhythm.

    3x5-8 with as high weight as I can do to failure before 8.

    How many sets do you do?

    I do 3 sets per exercise and on my last set il go until faliure (keep lowering the weight until I cant do anymore)
