VOTE HERE -- New Logo and Background Design Competition

#3 or #6 not sure.

 

I am not and have not told ANYONE to vote for my entry, I honestly have NOT done that.
Also; I am pretty sure that alot of people did not even scroll down to read that or pay attention to the post.
I do think that this is very rude of you as you are claiming that alot of people are just biased with my work and that they won't even take the time and look at others, which obviously is NOT the case.

Also: Talking about originality, I'm think I'm the only one here that has drawn the whole concept up, not a single letter is a font, which I have done on purpose.
Using free for personal use fonts should not be allowed in these kind of competitions, as it is just not allowed.
Now, obviously, I'm not starting to bitch about things like these, however, Sythe should keep it in mind as it could get him into trouble.

Also - I didn't mention anything about originality. You can't assume that you were the only one here that has drawn the whole concept up, a few others may have done it also. I commend you for your efforts but it's like this is just more propaganda that you're pointing out in order to try and win yourself a few more votes.

Is it possible for one persons logo to be chosen and another persons background to be chosen?

Yeah I guess I could have done a better job at some details.. having it drawn, vectorised and looking nice took me more then enough time for something I wasn't guaranteed to win anyways.. and with the holiday stuff going around time was just lacking.
Too bad I guess..

@Jack Goff, that is a very good idea!
However, with that background, the sizes are completely wrong.
There is way too much space at the left, right and the top of the content box, aside from that, the advertisement banners would basically cover the most beautiful part of the background, which are the.. comets, I guess.

 

Maybe a new poll should be set up, two of them. One for every logo submission and one for every background submission?

Aside from the jokes, that would be a better plan, some are better at creating logos and some are better at backgrounds.. Should've been thought of earlier though.. Oh well, better late then never haha.

Edit: If this happens, I think Sythe would have to give us a .psd that we can use that displays the background space that would be covered by the content box and the exacr size of the logo, as there are very diverse sizes for those as of now

 

Kinae's only winning because it's him. Him "not telling people to vote for his" is bull shit. The other day he told me to post on the contestant thread saying that his was super nice to scare other people off. It's also the first one everyone sees, so people are like idgaf and vote for it.

He's also telling everyone which one is his and asking them to vote, trying to guilt them into it.

 

Did that to get thems old sports working, guess what? It did work!
Also, I didn't tell alot of people which was actually my work, I am not the only one who has been showing my work around, and am I not allowed to in the first place?
There were no exact "rules" on this matter so I do not think that I should be judged on what you are judging me for.
However, I would appreciate if Jack Goffs suggestion would be taken seriously, as it is a great idea.

Keep making excuses man. You clearly stated in this thread many times which was yours to try to gain votes from your fanboys. Against the rules or not, you don't deserve the ego-boost that will ensue if yours gets chosen. It would also look like shit on Sythe.

The majority of them look 'over-the-top', however out of them number 3 definitely looks like it suits the site the best.

Well I voted for Kinaes because he actually went out of his way to do extra logos for all the holidays and stuff while everyone else was lazy.

 

Gonna go with #6 cause alteranz is a sexy man who creates sexy gfx. The rest are overdone as shit and the minimalism makes it look professional.

Btw #2 should be disqualified.
