At the time there was a lot of conflict between me and Runelite Plus. I was a P2P client and they built theirs to offer a free alternative which to add was after I created mine. I built premium features into mine upon the stepping stones of open source work that was not functional from lack of updates in which was heavily modified by me to be functional. Anyone who has used my software at the time and now would say I genuinely brought and continue to bring value to this industry. I mean I am still around so that has to say something... I do great business and people that have paid for my work and that continue to pay for my software are happy with it.

Also to add most of the people at the time when there was a feud are now capitalizing on the same things I was doing. Modifying open source and making them premium.

There was also a fraudulent document that was created that they accused me of sending them which is honestly just silly. Like anyone in their right mind would look at that and see that it was fake. Who identifies a legal document with the name Viral_.

As far as the "ratting" or doing any malicious behavior on the users of rsautoswitcher. Like really... if you look at my business model it is to keep my subscribers not lose them. It is absurd how far they went to try to make me look bad.

I will admit to tampering of sammich software years ago. There is a lot to the story. They did the same with mine and I retaliated which was not right. Two wrongs do not make a right.

Other then this, a refund I refused with white which was dumb of me and I made sure to reimburse him and the conflict I had with a user name danky because of some internal conflict in my community, which I wish I handled it differently.

I have been in this industry for over 5 years now and I am still trucking. I have learned a lot and it has taught me how to handle situations. I was a bit of a loose cannon at the time but have learned that conflict is never the answer and that the customer always comes first.

Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:
It has been over 2 years now since any of these incidents have occurred. There has to be something in in you guys that sees some potential in me. When I was a active user on Sythe I was making tutorials and doing my best to help others where it was needed. I have since then graduated college with a masters in business and a minor in computer science which is unrelated to this but I just wanted to add that because I truly believe I could be a great asset to this community. I want to share my knowledge. I want to help Sythe grow. I want to be here. Its where I belong. Give me another chance.

Yes I took the time to look over any changes that have been done to the rules since my last pardon request.
