I was banned on May 6th 2019. In the past month I have been questioning if the ban that was placed on me was right. I found myself looking over the thread that got me banned over and over again rethinking what I could of done differently, and through out it all I am most definitely upset with the decision you all made, but also happy. I am happy that you all made the decision you did because it allowed me to improve upon myself. I realize that I can have a no refund policy but ethically if a user says that the software does not work then it is just not right for me to keep their money. I want my users to be happy with the product they receive.

Now I just want to say that when owning the business I own I am constantly having to deal with people either trying to exploit my software or get my software for free. Hell just a couple days ago I had someone try to impersonate one of my lifetimes that had not been active for a couple months as if it was their account. I am dealing with stuff like this on the daily.

When White reached out to me I immediately put up a defense when I should of been understanding... Through out the thread it talks as if I was trying to manipulate white into a partial refund. I just want to say that it is being looked at completely wrong from how it is read. I was not trying to do any form of manipulation. I was merely trying to move towards support over a refund. If I couldn't get the software working for him I would of then went ahead and issued the refund. It was a way for me to justify that he was not trying to just get the software for free. In which he never allowed me to help him making me believe that there was more to it.

I also wanna touch on the thread that was posted in the report from a past offence on me. It was in regards to threats being placed on the user and me showing "scandalous and shady behavior".

Threats

This was in regards to a user trying to exploit my software and another member reaching out to me to tell me about it all and me trying to cover for them with everything I said in the messages he posted. It was wrong and I understand that but please just understand my case of all of these actions being done for the sole reason of me trying to either defend my business or another user privacy of them confessing to me. The user that confessed to me even reached out to @Program with screenshots and specified the situation. I understand it was not the right way to handle it though and I wish I would of just put my business first and was straight forward with how I found out about him trying to exploit my software.

I also accepted the charge back placed by white weeks ago and recently reached out to him to squash any type of conflict we may of had.

After that I went ahead and modified my terms of service now to account for situations like this so when it does happen there will be a overall resolution to the problem and hopefully never result into a report being filed on me again.

Now with all that being said I ask that you please pardon me for the reasoning of just understanding my position as a business owner. I had no intention of scamming, and it sucks that after this the label that was placed on me as if I was. I understand now that ethically I should not hold someones money if software does not work for them, but I just ask that you understand my position in having to determine if the request for refund is fraudulent or authentic. I will handle a request like this much different in the future.

@Jason was saying it will probably not help my case by doing this but figured it was worth a shot. I reached out to all the various people that are currently using my software or that have done business with me and asked if they would submit a honest review of me and or a vouch of the business I have done with them. I made a custom discord to capture all the vouches.



















I dont want to bombard the pardon with a bunch of the vouches so I will just leave a invite to the discord here. I also think some of them messed up on the discord id. It was because they were copying my template. Ill make sure to show them how to get their id so they can fix it when you look in the discord.
