    That e-mail is official. You can go to playerauctions.com and find it for yourself. Are you questioning its legitimacy?

    "why did he receive that kind of account" -- because I was selling a League of Legends account and he decided to purchase it? What kind of a question is that? He got the product he asked for.

    I decided not to reclaim the account, I waited it out and apparently I'm to be paid in 3 days (updated OP with this info).

    Not sure what you mean by "Try to think first".

    Guys,

    I am very sorry for the delay. I have not been around month due to the e3 expo in Los Angeles amongst a lot of other things (VR is going to be huge in gaming moving forward, just so you guys know).

    On a positive note, during my time "MIA", it was actually our new Member Care manager who stumbled upon this thread and alerted me to it and took remedy to close the order.

    This is 100% human error on our part, and I apologize. Our CS Manager reviewed all the chat logs and found that this occurred due to a simple typographical error. There was indeed a buyer issue reported, however this was for order # 1245505.

    The agent handling the buyer issue, put a hold on order #1245050 (snow_bear's order).

    Snow_bear, I will be waiving the commission fees for this order, and I will send our finance department instructions to expedite disbursement for you (it is scheduled for tomorrow) as soon as they get in the office in a few hours. I'll also reach out directly to give you a few more details on the mishap in about 10 minutes.

    Until we are able to afford Cylons to handle all order processes, there will indeed be human errors made from time to time, so I apologize for this guys. The agent in question who made the mistake, is undergoing individual "training" due to this fatal error.

    It usually doesn't. Things have just been (good) hectic during my time in the states.

    - Best friend's wedding
    - e3 expo in LA + 27 separate business meeting [finishing 3 more tomorrow]
    - Sister's had a baby (healthy baby Joy)
    - Sister's birthday (I guess she was doing me a favor timing everything hah)
    - Quite a lot of personal errands (I haven't been back in 4 years)

    Good thing though that the others in our main offices are watching out for things however.

    Hey I'm glad this got sorted. Congrats on the neice and hope you had a fun trip, seriously though people need to stop with threads like these and just take the matter to you.

    These things do happen. I can understand that. My issue with this is the sheer amount of time it took to realize a typographical error. Not only that, but why was a human being not able to realize that Jagex and League of Legends are not related and immediately made the correct decision.

    That being said, I have received your e-mail and appreciate the act of goodwill. As such, I think it is important for other users to see this thread just so they know what may happen to them. However, it has been updated to include your response. I don't intend to slander Playerauctions, thus it is only fair the thread display both sides as well as the resolution to the issue. I will no longer bump the thread -- if it dies out, it dies out.

    Once again, I appreciate the gesture of goodwill and, personally, I will continue to use playerauctions. I had heard that contacting you was the best way to expedite things and, in the end, you did just that. It was simply bad timing. Thank you for resolving this mishap.

    To be straightforward with you, this is a very stupid thing to say. You're a part of an online community, you should at least have a shred of care for your fellow users. I do. As such, it is only fitting that I share the details of this transaction. It could happen to you should you decide to use playerauctions. This wasn't just my empty, unvalidated opinion. Everything I said was supported with evidence and screenshots. Like I said, I still use Playerauctions. With that however, there's absolutely nothing wrong with informing the community of what "could happen".

    Also, this was "taken to him". I PM'd him the day I made the thread. I also linked the thread to a livechat support member. It was not as if Playerauctions was not aware of this situation or of this thread.
