Yeah, rotating UTs sounds nice. Is there even a reason they have to be approved manually? Why can't people just report other people with unacceptable UTs, thereby cutting down on time spent changing them/setting new ones?

More like HTML is a massive attack vector and allowing people to enter it without manual verification is a very difficult problem without having a library for it.

Don't see why you couldn't just have a history of previous titles to switch between. More, reasonable perks isn't a bad thing.
