Scamm report Runeorder -READ- was made an hour before the thread above, no reply

Scammed by sixxohh also made an hour before the thread above, no reply

Scammed by website IGVault.com made over 8 hours before that thread above, no reply

See below made over 12 hours before that above thread, obviously I can't see what it is but if it was a check that was needed to be done and might have prevented someone scamming then why wasn't it done?
