Scammed by website IGVault.com

So I never use this website, but I would like to warn people not to trust IGVault.com. I recently sold a Dofus Touch account on IGVault.com for 99 euros. There is a transaction fee of 29.70 so the amount of money I should have received was 69.30 euros. Once I sold the account I contacted Live Support and they told me it should take 7 days to get my order from the "Processing" to "Available" status on the money withdrawal page. I then contacted them 8 days after, and they told me the order has been "frozen" or whatever, and they tried to make up random excuses like "security settings on the account you sold were not right" or whatever. I then contacted the person that bought my account and he was playing on it, so there was no such thing as the person not being able to access the account. Basically im being fed bullshit just to avoid me getting paid for my sold item.

I also want to know from you guys: what can I do to bring such a website down, legally, to prevent them from scamming more people?
