Edit: Some might say you try too hard, I say you just do things right. Please don't change.

You closing a ''scam report'' without asking proofs of the guy just because you know he talks nonsense, and then go on with '' nurvael i dont want to see your name here anymore or i dont want to see your name alot'' while its only been 2 times and the first time was because i apparently stole cannonballs of someones account and then it got proven i never did and the calculations were actually correct and then this guy where you just close when hes literally lying and come @ me LOL?

 

I've already addressed these points in PM, But I'll do so here for clarity's sake

The user requested services be completed by you, agreed on a time that and then the user went to bed. When he woke up you had removed items from his bank without his permission saying you had given them to a friend.



This alone is sketchy and worthy of a TWC, however you already have one.

After that the user in question told you he did not want you to complete finishing the service for him, he asked for a price for a partial refund and received that money. There is nowhere to move forward from here.

There's a reason you were given the TWC in the first place, and there's a reason you are going to have a tough uphill battle getting it removed. The way you conduct business and how you deal with issues as they arise is not something that in my opinion is not up to the standard I would expect when looking for services done. The fact that you have continued sketchy behavior makes me think you would not be a good fit to have your TWC removed. I don't want you or any other user on Sythe to ever have a TWC, but this is what we have to do to protect our users.

This are your words, are you able to provide any proof to this? i mean a moderator shouldnt really say something like this and backing up a newcomers word?

You are bad for the community and should not be able to make decision yourself, you have alot to learn.

 

The context of what whether or not the user actually went to sleep is irrelevant. The user claims to have went to bed, and there's no significance of disagreeing with this because it holds no purpose to the case. The user was away from his computer, then he came back to his computer and found out you had took items off of his account without his permission to "give to your friend".

He found that behavior to be sketchy, based off of that he requested a refund for partial services done.

I don't know what you are disputing here. You and the user have come to a conclusion yourself and you have given him a partial refund for what has not been finished, Both of you have handled the situation without a moderator.

edit: you are also free to go to a global + to talk about your opinion of how I handled the situation.

The time the order was supposed to be finished was never a point of contention, I have not make that as a point in any of my posts?

Look at the picture posted above in this thread that shows he clearly asked for a partial refund first. I don't understand why you would argue something that is clearly laid out in picture proof.


Unless you have anything of substantial value to talk about, I won't be replying back to your posts to prevent us "spamming" this thread. Feel free to message me or contact a Global + if you have actual issues that need to be addressed.

 

You are saying in the report that and in pms that i did not finish in time agreed, but there was never a time agreed?

Yes he did first but then decided not to but later on i decided to just refund and leave it because hes crying that its not fast enough, he never said a time.

Where in any report, PM's, or quote above did I state you did not finish in the time agreed? In the above quote all I said is that you had agreed upon a time, That does not mean, and nowhere have I stated you did not finish in the time agreed.

 

Its the same, both are wrong anyway
