As much as I've been seeing about it, I can't believe there's no posts here about it yet!!

I was at a friends house right before corona got bad and his girlfriend started watching it. She resumed an episode she'd already started, it was the one about Carol killing her husband. I thought the series was about the guy disappearing and this redneck guy trying to prove she did it. When I got home I started the first episode with that belief, but shit got crazy fast and I watched all 7 episodes in a single binge.

What were your thoughts on the outcome?

Personally, I think Joe was probably guilty of most he was charged with, but I don't think I believe the murder for hire charge. Call me a conspiracy nut, but I feel like Jeff instigated it, pushed it, paid for it, then flipped it on Joe to either save himself or to get rid of Joe, maybe both. I think Joe hated her a lot, obviously, but I don't think he was serious about ending her life. When the undercover agent tried to make it official, he dropped contact and never paid for it. The guy that says Joe paid him absolutely hates Joe; I choose to believe the side of the story saying that Jeff told Joe to pay him; when Jeff is yelling about the money being used for the hit, it seems like he's acting to me compared to other times it shows him get mad and yell at someone - To add, Jeff wasn't like Joe and didn't record anything, but chose to be recorded blowing up at Joe about taking money out 'his' zoo to pay for a hit.

All the Joe Exotic meme's are life on my facebook feed right now too.

I dunno, but without proof it's a baseless accusation.

This dude kinda seems like a crazy crackhead, no offense to crackheads but he gives them a bad name.

Tigers are already endangered, fucker breeding them for profit when he looks like a coked out version of Hulk Hogan shouldn't be allowed to exist. Don't know why he's continually allowed to make "documentaries" and be in the public eye.

Never really been a fan of Carole Baskin either, but until there's enough evidence (circumstantial or not) I'm absolutely taking the crazy tiger hoarder with a grain of salt.

The majority of us out there who love tigers and advocate against abuse don't claim this guy, he's no King, he's a coked out fraud. Piece of shit.

Imma be honest too he sounds like a conspiracy theorist, which makes me even less inclined to believe anything he says. Plus the animal abuse (he literally doesn't have enough food TO FEED THEM) yikes. Keep em locked up mate

Yea.. I would say everyone in the series was involved in some kind of shit. Animal captivity and reselling cubs probably being the worst of it.
