Anyone know much about Eldorado.gg and who is the owner, etc? @EldoradoGG
Looks like a playerauction like site, 0% fee is very appealing to use as a gateway to start accepting PayPal but is there any reputation or history backing it?

 

I personally have never heard of it. I don't know why there would be a 0% fee if they take risks;o

 

It seems they're based from Lithuania but have no motivation to show who they are, I won't be using it until I trust the platform.

Platform look's good, but where's the owner? who is?, i think he need exposition to be on the top of that website, looks promising but a little scary

We are based in Lithuania. We also own a Food4Rs.com website, so we are fairly known in the community.

We are in Runescape gold trading business for more than 10 years now, but at the same time we have A LOT of experience in RWT in other games hence we have decided to launch Eldorado.

0% fee is temporary, it will only last for few months, we will introduce fee afterwards. In addition, there is a withdrawal fee for sellers and deposit/purchase fee for buyers, feel free to read about it more here Fees

Again, we are in this business for many years, we know how long it takes for a business to build a reputation in any RWT community but we are here to stay for long and replace other marketplaces as they are extremely outdated Happy to answer all the questions in this thread.

What exactly are you intending on doing differently in comparison to PlayerAuctions except possibly having lower fees?

I do think competition is a good thing as it forces these companies to be consumer-oriented and strive for perfection and to be the first choice. Though I don't see much wiggle room aside from fees.

 

1) Better user experience (i.e. easier to register for new customers);
2) Easier verification process - everybody knows that PA's verification progress is extremely painful. That's why PA is not receiving many new users - only old ones who already passed their verification process buy there;
3) 24/7 English speaking customer support.

In general, Playerauctions website is not user friendly and even having fairly low rates still lose A LOT of customers to shops who have a lot higher prices simply due to better UX and customer support. We will fix that.
