Eldorado.gg just doesn't care

Link the current Sythe account: EldoradoGG

An imposter pretending to be us on Eldorado.gg has been reported through multiple channels.
A customer support agent on live chat was informed about the imposter, and they said that the account was suspended pending investigation.

However, no action was/has been taken so far and someone has been scammed. This makes us look bad.

The person who got scammed posted a review on the imposter's profile, that's how we know about it.

what do you mean they don't care? the chat agent said they are suspended pending investigation

Exactly, but the scam happened after that

so you reported them yesterday and they have a review this morning stating they were scammed this morning?

Was like ~3h after the agent saying the account was suspended. I don't really know how eldorado works, but shouldn't the account be invisible or something

Seems like the account was suspended already, according to @EldoradoGG.
I've asked for the account to get removed since it's our name and brand on a banned account

@Pirate I've been talking to @EldoradoGG, and they assured me the profile will be deleted/renamed even if it's banned.

Yes, we will do that, but this will take some time as it requires some developer help.

Even before it's fully taken care of though, the profile will not be visible on the website unless you specifically have that link.
