T1no Dispute

Can't PM you back OP, as you're DNT.

Few questions:

- Was the account sold to you as a 'hand-levelled' account?
- Was it sold to you as a non-botted account?
- How much did you pay for the account?

Quite a large amount of 'hand-levelled' accounts sold with mass supply are most of the time cracked accounts. Rarely do they get recovered, but when it does happen, the original owner returns and does so.

Obviously T1n0 will dispute this, as I doubt he himself cracks them, more so his suppliers. Then again, I may be wrong, and T1n0 may be one of the few that actually purchases and re-sells accounts.

In regards to the OP, T1N0's TOS on his site are irrelevant. Sythe rules > offsite website rules if the report is relevant here.

No idea how the account is made. Site does not say that. I paid around 30 euros.
However once acc were recorveryed i asked tino how the accounts are made and he came with "secret"

I've found out that this guy has played normal games with 4 guys
Are you able to find out that are those 4 accounts been sold on the site?
As those 4 look like bought accounts from the site, no games at all played + every account is unranked and look exactly same as mine did.

You do know when @Wortel said he'll be taking the money, that was an OBVIOUS joke.. He even linked a report of you ban evading hence why he said that he'll claim the money if your banned as a joke... Anyways I spoke with Charlotte regarding our report and she said that it will be solved really soon so all we can do is patiently wait xoxo <3

The Staff team has been discussing this for a little bit and we have decided that T1N0 will need to refund you (which his Boss also stated he offered you a free account + a refund) so please let me know once you've received your refund and the free account.

T1N0 and his boss will not be held responsible for the RP bought on the account.

 

Thanks for curious is there reasons for not being responsible off the rp purchases? As aslong i know the thing in rs market is that if you can proof what account had you have to refund them also
And i think it was Account or Refund of the purchase price (which is fine i guess Can't play on a account that can be recorveryed.

 

Their website states that their is no RP refund, which you would of agreed to when purchasing with them.
We have also looked through other people who have tried to recover their own league account (with card info & other solid info) who have yet to recover their account, it seems league accounts are very hard to recover.
Runescape accounts and League accounts (which I have now learnt) are extremely different in terms of recovery which is why they cannot be bundled as one of the same.

I understand you may be frustrated but there is also no proof that you haven't wished to quit league and now want to try and get money from an innocent company.

If the website you had purchased from had multiple scam accusations I would say it would be more than fair that they would have to replace the RP but this seems like a freak accident that can't be decided in one favour or the other.

With everything in mind, a full refund & a free account (if that is what you wish) is what we have decided as a team.

 

This is totally fine as i want to get this resolved. However its pretty obvious someone that is not me is playing on the account if you look match history. Im in contact with tino today.

As it seems that they are exactly same type of accounts that i had and now playing normals with my old account.
