[SYTHE / N4N0] Decision on restitutions please

Laws aren't consistent. Ruling in this situation should depend strictly on Sythe.org rules. Arguing over laws is going to lead nowhere.

 

I'd like to say that anything done on Sythe would never be brought up in court. It is far too embarrassing too bring someone too court over pixels. I've been in a courtroom where a Maplestory lover of about 300 lbs perfect typical nerd complained that his room mate stole his items. It was embarrassing and the whole courtroom about died laughing.

 

That's different. They have Great lawyers and Look professional.

 

This pleases me.

On a side-note I was there with the whole N4N0 Mess. I didn't participate but I did see basically everything that went down and honestly
if I was N4N0 I would have done way worse. This whole compensation thing in my opinion +1. Don't stir a pot if you can't handle the ingredients.

The fundamental issue that's bothering me with this story is that N4n0 is participating in the council responsible for providing justice. There's no way anything resembling justice can be achieved so long as he is permitted to interact with pardons and disputes as an official figure.

That means that the only posts he should be able to make are identical in nature and content to those made by any other user, and that he should not make decisive statements regarding what he will or will not allow and refrain from passing judgement or making an opinion on the judgement he wishes to see carried out.

Assuming these conditions are met I expect a fair trial of all users involved would be permissible.

 

The US can not stop media outlets or websites from publishing stolen emails. Freedom of speech and freedom of the press. The only way they can is basically through a copyright claim.

As someone who seems to enjoy a good debate and value opposing views, I implore you to think about what you said. Im entitled to my opinions and will voice them if I please.

Also inviting people to a chatroom is not illegal in any way shape or form regardless of jurisdiction (save the elusive internet police)distrubution of stolen/hacked pics/info ect may very well be, but that is irrelevant as that is not the point being argued.
