Yeah but it'd take mods time which they could use to be bettering the site.
So you do agree newcomers would be affected but in your opinion it is a good thing and in mine it is a bad thing.

 

Mods are basically the police of the site. The three teams (tct, cdt and pr), Sythe and Matthew are the ones who better the site in terms of new features, community involvement and events. A simple solution to more reports is to add more mods.

Overall, I think it will benefit more newcomers than it will hurt. This site can become better with more funding. It might cause more hardship for the few actually trying to start a business, but it will help the majority who are looking just to buy.

I've always found the way staff are picked to be a bit odd. Apart from returning staff it's typically the most active and vocal members that are given the chance and in turn a lot of them aren't able to maintain the same levels of activity in the forums they once had as a community member.

I'm not saying the staff aren't doing a good job overall, it's just that it tends to result in staff members that were once active that you now rarely see outside of pardons & reports.

Well, some minis have been traded so many times that they do have a somewhat set price, however we don't know what the mini crafting costs will be.

i've offered it as another payment, however they all say its useless and just deny it, looking at it its true they abandoned it, we havent seen a single update on it yet.

Just going to say that apparently staff aren't police, they're apparently the judges. (I do think they should be the police but they tend to be lazy in wanting to do policing duties).

Just giving a little update. Hopefully there will be a lot more rewards for Sythe Gold when you participate in CDT events etc around the site, possibly other dev team events too. Basically we're wanting to reward participation and @Matthew has made that possible.

So make sure you're participating guys ^.^

 

It's good that your rewarding people for being active, shows you care somewhat about the people who use the site

Redeeming for fun ranks seems like a cool idea if there would be some restrictions:

- One per member and only selected fun ranks would be available.
- Only for Sythe veterans (5+ years spent on Sythe) and a minimum post count of 2-3k.
