stracti AI Scam

[legendary pk]

So first, I’d like to start off by saying I initially tried to leave this user a terrible review instead of making a full report, but every time I did, my post got removed and I received “warnings” — all for simply speaking out about being scammed. So here I am now, filing a proper report.
I found this service through Reddit. It linked to a website, which is where I found their Discord. The trade took place on Discord, not on Sythe. I waited 14 days and received nothing in return. I asked for a refund, and that’s when everything went downhill.

• The user refused to refund me.

• They deleted my bot account on their website (which I never even used).

• They told me to chargeback the payment — but it was sent via Friends and Family, which cannot be charged back.

• Since then, I’ve been exposing how awful their company is.

All I wanted was my $20 back, and this situation wouldn’t have escalated. Instead, the user was rude, disrespectful, and their customer support was absolutely terrible.

1. Please include the Sythe username of the person you are reporting in the title of your thread.

2. Screenshot proof is required. Copy-pasted chat logs are not proof. Voice chats are not proof either.

3. Upload your screenshots to a site like www.imgur.com. Staff will not do this for you.
[Redacted -Zulu] he blocked and removed me i cannot find chat logs anymore

4. Discord profile Unique IDs must be shown if the trade occurred there. View this quick guide for details: ATTENTION! ALL DISCORD PROOFS MUST CONTAIN A SYTHE PM AND THIS
this trade happened off sythe and then found him on sythe later

5. Do not chop off the sides of your Discord conversation. (Example)

6. All Discord trades should include a Sythe PM OR proof that they own the Discord you traded

Hello!

"I waited 14 days and received nothing in return."
You had access to the product for more than 2 weeks since launch. Instead of trying to use the product, you were constantly spamming the main public chat channel asking others about their experience rather than using it. It is your fault for not using it. I do not owe you anything.

I have the proof of that which is still available on Discord.

• The user refused to refund me.

There is no refunds allowed as per the terms of service. "StractiAI does not offer refunds for any transactions made on our platform. All payments are final.". You are also agreeing to this when you register an account.

• They deleted my bot account on their website (which I never even used).

When I reached 100 registered users, I moved servers due to capacity issues. Everyone had to create new accounts. I have proof of this. So if you did not create a new account, you are welcome to do so. In fact, if you create an account and provide me with your email; I will convert it back to premium for 30 days free of charge. You still aren't allowed in the Discord server though. That's where the ban took place and will stay in place but I can make sure you can download the client which gets auto-updated. I doubt you will care since apparently it's a shitty bot lol. So thanks for that.

• They told me to chargeback the payment — but it was sent via Friends and Family, which cannot be charged back.

I was going to offer you a gratuity refund but you're behaviour is quite toxic. I've even considered it the past 2 months but it seems you rather choose very immature methods such as leaving false reviews and spamming my threads. The issue is not refunding $20, there is no refunds. I can choose to refund you if I decide to, not the other way around. You're behaviour is an example of how not to act. Just because you do not get your way does not mean you need to act out.

• Since then, I’ve been exposing how awful their company is.

You haven't exposed anything. The company is new and i've received tons of positive remarks via DM's of people who are actively using the bot.

There is no scam. The bot works as advertised and it is updating almost daily with more and more features. The only time i'm seeing someone jump to say it's a scam is when I deny a refund which is ironic since no refunds is apart of the policy. Thankfully that's happened only 3 times.

I don't go to a store, buy a product while knowing it's non-refundable and then demand a refund weeks later. It's just business.

Sorry you had a bad experience. You left a review on several sites, so I guess that's done. Thanks

number 1 . i had access to a broken bot that was not working everyone in your discord server was having issues i didn't see anyone using this product your bot on the website wouldn't even connect to any VSP or anything IT WAS BROKEN. i asked you and your support to help me set this up for 2 weeks witch you guys did not support or help me you kept stating to look at the "docs" on your webpage which i begged you and your mod support "danewolf" to help me set this thing up and i got no help you kept referring users set up the bot with the "docs" and it was out-dated and nothing was working when following this setup.

2. you kept telling me to wait for this "massive update that will smooth everything out and be able to use the bot easy" that i waited 2 weeks for and nothing happened you kept pushing this update back while giving no support to show me how to use the old bot.

3. you fished me into buying this buy giving me a "free week" that nothing even worked or got used. so after 2 weeks of waiting for this update that never happened and getting no support from you or danewolf i asked for a refund, thats when you got toxic on me i was fair i paid upfront i did everything right i waited for 2 weeks respectfully to be left in the dirt so i asked for a refund so yeah i left you a legit review that your business was trash i got no help and your bot NEVER WORKED FOR ME and you banned me from your server and website THE SAME TIME I ASKED FOR A REFUND so that "When I reached 100 registered users" is complete bullshit lets be real here dude.

your not gonna steal money from me a respected runescape streamer and giveaway streamer i have a lot of respect in the scene you scammed the wrong person i don't want your shitty package and $20 isn't shit homeboy i give away so much on my streams if only you knew i'm here to expose how bad my experience was with your website and i will continue giving you 1 star anywhere you go until this is resolved.

Every company has negative reviews no matter their experience. I'm not upset about it. I'm sorry you had a bad time. Hopefully you find another product that works better for you. Sharing your negative experience is normal. Spamming about it only makes people believe you less. I think you don't realize that even if a product has negative reviews, it still makes people curious to try it.

I'm not upset at you. I hope you can move on one day

[legendary pk]

Sorry you gotta cry to mods to get my review removed from your post that's the only reason it was spammed pay me my $20 back

The full discord conversation between @legendary pk and @LambdaPro has been redacted from the original post due to it containing sensitive information. I will provide a brief summary of the main points of this trade below.

March 2, 2025

• @legendary pk contacts @LambdaPro via discord to discuss purchasing a 30 day package.
• @LambdaPro stated that he will be releasing a "new client update and webpage update within the next 24 hours".
• @LambdaPro also stated that if @legendary pk purchased the package before the update that he would provide @legendary pk with a free week of credit.
• @legendary pk sent @LambdaPro $21.88 via Paypal friends and family.
• @LambdaPro proceeds to walk @legendary pk through the process of creating an account on his website to get started, and then confirms the account was created after the instructions were given.
• @LambdaPro answers some questions about how the client operates, and states again that if @legendary pk waits for the new client update the following day that the process will be much easier.

March 3, 2025

• @legendary pk inquires about the new update and @LambdaPro states he is still working on it and aiming for it to be released that night.

March 4, 2025

• @legendary pk inquires again about the new update and @LambdaPro states he is still working on it.

March 15, 2025

• @legendary pk requests a refund, and @LambdaPro agrees to refund him.
• @LambdaPro asks @legendary pk to request a refund through Paypal, and @legendary pk states that he cannot request a refund as the payment was sent as friends and family.
• @LambdaPro then informs @legendary pk to file a chargeback through Paypal to receive his refund, and @legendary pk states he will not be filing a chargeback to get his refund.
• @LambdaPro then links @legendary pk to his Terms of Service on his webpage and informs him to read the terms regarding refunds.

I will now outline some key points in this trade that led to the decision for this report.

• When you create an account on @LambdaPro's website, it states "By signing up you agree with our privacy policy and terms" and provides links to both the Terms of Service and privacy policy - However, it is clear that @legendary pk did not agree to, nor was presented with any terms of service until after the payment for the 30 day package was sent to @LambdaPro.
• @LambdaPro promised a new client update and a new webpage update within 24 hours and failed to deliver this update.
• @LambdaPro agrees to refunding @legendary pk, but then later on states that if he wants a refund he will need to file a chargeback through Paypal.

In conclusion,

• @LambdaPro you will need to refund @legendary pk $21.88 and I have issued you a precautionary DNT while we wait for this process to be complete.

[legendary pk]

Thank you Zulu.

@LambdaPro

[legendary pk]

@LambdaPro - You have been issued a 3 month ban as punishment for scamming and the DNT will remain. You will need to Request a Pardon if you wish to return to the market.

@legendary pk I am sorry for your loss.
