Should luring be against the rules?

I've never once seen someone banned for luring unless it involves a glitch, nor is it anywhere in jagex' rules. If you can prove otherwise, I'll concede that luring is illegal and/or against jagex policy.

Luring itself may not be an explicit game mechanic, but the fact that the following ARE intended game mechanics means, by logical procession, luring is allowed:
Whereas you can drop cash in the wilderness, someone can pick up that cash, and you can slay that someone in the wilderness;
Therefore luring is fair game.
The same is true with any luring method that does not involved a glitch or a breach of Jagex' ToS


And still, even looking past ALL of this, if someone intends on targeting sythe users, they're not going to repay what they earned from luring, and they'll stay banned under my suggested revision. So there's really no issue here.

Luring is scamming, simple as that.

Should be 1 month ban 1st offence, permanent ban 2nd offence.

But, you have to be an absolute idiot to get lured.

Well guys, poll passed for the rule to state: using Sythe to lure people = perm ban.

How's this for the wording of the rule -

• Using Sythe.org as a means to lure other Sythe members will result in a permanent ban.

To be added under the "Perm Ban" portion of the rules?
