1) Does she know you love her?
2) Does she love you too?
3) Why does she stay with her boyfriend if they get into fights often?

I think your best bet would be to somehow convince her to let go of him. As for the boyfriend getting into a fight with you, since you're not the fighting type, just try to scare him. Openly talk to her more often, and show him those eyes (like how Edward did it in Twilight) every time you get the chance. It may not work, but I don't really see any other options for you.
