    Sexting, breaking a law?

If the person is from a country that allows it, has the age required, and has permission

I have to put forth that the dead girls family has no legal action of the pictures put out to humiliate her.

She sent them out. They got sent further out. what did she think was gonna happen?

Besides, if you could push legal action for a photo designed to humilate, what about all those photos of Bush - Falling off an 'untippable' segway, reading the book upside down, and using binoculars with the caps on.

Yeah, I personally think its okay to send nude pics of your self to 'trusted ones' only. If you send to a boy-friend/girl-friend that you know the relationship aint going to well, then don't as they can leak the image.

I think its your decision to send nude pics if you want. You should know the consequences and if you don't, then you're a dumbass.

I'm not 18 yet. I think if your under 18 and you send a nude picture that's your personal problem. It's not child pornograpgy if you arn't distributing it commercially in my opinion.

What ever you send over the phone is your business unless it's a situation where one person is below 18 and one is over..

I know a kid from school who sent a girl a picture of himself and got his 3 inch body part posted all over Myspace..

I think it's your own problem when your both under aged.

I agree with most of you guys. If you're under the legal age and you still do it, its your fault. But look at it this way, why do you even send your boyfriend pictures? As a remembrance? Its pointless.
