Selling On Sythe

I propose we setup a solution to minimize scamming on Sythe by setting up multiple BTC accounts and asking users to pay a refundable guarantee fee to make sure scamming stays to a minimum, yes I am well aware that they can still scam, but the refundable fee will be used to cover the victims scammed, it doesn't have to be BTC, it can be OSRS GP, PayPal, what ever is easier for the Sythe administrators to handle. I am well aware Sythe will probably need more staff but there is many members, who are willing to take on the responsibility.

After a certain amount of vouches or goods sold, I ask that half be refunded, until further notice.

People are very wary to use Sythe in this time because of all the scams, Sythe has an open market, which allows anyone to trade and be scammed, if we use the system above it will stop the saturation of the market, and bring in only users who are looking conduct there business seriously.

I understand we have a community pay back thread, and that is all well and fine and can be used a long side this, but this way we guarantee a safe environment/market.

I also propose the fee is a set fee, so the administrators don't need to handle different amount of payments and don't have to track who has paid what, any feedback is well appreciated.

 

Or just use a middleman or someone with a lot of vouches?
