3. Sellers must clearly state if they are not the one sending the product and have the buyer's consent prior to the trade.
4. An explicit refund and returns policy must be defined by the seller and agreed upon by the buyer (in writing) before a sale occurs.
5. Users may only have one thread in this section, if you wish to buy and sell gift cards then merge these listings into one thread.
