Scammer repayment.

Aint the point,

If someone decides to repay loses there's always a change hes a changed person

Making a ban evade acc it aint hard to become as trusted/ a cracked acc

That is just one person, Who scammed a small amount and is now trying to pardon, they admitted to being zaraa and uffy, which means there are 5 more accounts they own and have scammed on, Just goes to show no matter what some people will just choose to avoid punishment rather than redeem them selves.

So...It's not "hard" at all as we can see from the RAS section and Pardon section

 

lmao idk what narnia world people live in, what will compel a scammer to repay (which probably 95%+ don't even do) but on top of that pay 10% of the scam.

No support, honestly would make me not want to pay at all if I were to be someone in the situation, if you are going to pay you want to come back to make money, not pay more to come back.

 

Now this is something i agree with you on

 

The community repayment fund was a really good idea I wish it would be more simple to keep it stocked.

If the perpetrator has a good reputation they would be more likely to pay some kind of repentance fee. For instance, if they have had an active account on Sythe for over 3 years with over $100 donated and 200 vouches. So, in the event that a person with this kind of reputation was charged a fee on top they would be more likely to pay it than your average Joe who just evade. That would also be justified by them undermining the trust of the community more than the average Newcomer.

Though, there's also the argument of why would they even want to come back when no one is going to do business with them even if they don't have a DNT anymore. I think some kind of community service so that the community can see that the person acknowledges their mistakes so their reputation can be restored to some degree would have more merit.

 

No Support, I really like the idea, but a lot of people would not want to payback with the fee of their own $

 

I personally would have paid the 10% but I would consider myself an exception in one of these situations.
