Runstar scammed and cant pay back

The worker needed money badly so I let him do some services. He offered to take on 99 fishing/ 93-99 farming for 32$. The worker has done bare minimum XP for over 40 days. Out of 40 days workers did 1 farm lvl and 10 fishing lvls. The worker stated he doesn't have the money to pay me back, and every time he says he will work hard to do the work he does nothing. Multiple excuses and needs to take responsibility. Also, he put another work on the beginning of service without me knowing and then took over after.

The worker needs to cover service payment and membership costs.

I never said I couldn't pay

the main job was farming 92-99 and fire making 50-99, what I then got confused and was doing was fishing

something that I did not care about and it was my fault I made a mistake and continued with the main order that was 92-99 farming and 50-99 WT

then he told me that this was not the service for which I decided to finish the farming that was at 92 and I advanced until I left it at 94

So I said okay, I can give you the money back, since lately the internet in Venezuela has been very bad.

He says he never asked me to do that

but he knew he was doing the wrong order and he never said anything to me

 

I have mentioned to you multiple times to refund and he said you don't have the funds. Refund the order then.

I've applied a dnt until this is refunded as @runrstar agreed to a refund and said he did not have the money. When this is resolved please pm me or message me on discord @hcaus
