Explanation of the trade:
He asked me to borrow $15 for a supposed family emergency he had and after that I did some work for him on an HCIM account.

Until that moment the debt was $115, he did not want to pay me any of the 2 debts because again I needed the money to move/personal problems and a lot of other garbage that in the end seems to be a lie, on many occasions I asked him to would pay or at least pay me in parts, but on each occasion I rejected any type of payment plan, he promised to pay when he finished X service or when X client paid him but again another lie, he finished said services, he received vouchers for it ( which means that he received payments too) and so far he has not paid me a single cent of what he owes, he has not responded for days and ignored me even though he is constantly active on sythe
How they scammed: refuses to pay, ignores me and doesn't seem to want to resolve this

At this moment I wanted to approach the debt in a different way. I asked him for $20 or $30 to pay for my home internet before September 1st. He accepted this deal and still didn't fulfill it.

Over the course of 2 months since the @runrstar account was terminated, he continued collecting vouchers (which means he had many opportunities to pay me since they are clients who pay him in full or in part)
He hasn't even tried to pay me and now he doesn't respond to my messages on discord

He even received a part of a payment to speed up 99 and has no intention of canceling or trying to cancel the debt as seen in the last screenshot

 

Yes, I'm going to do it as always. I never owed him money. I currently have a job to finish to pay him the money. I asked him to borrow the money for some personal things, which he accepted. I never try to scam him.

I told him to wait a couple more weeks.

 

That is not the main problem, the main problem is that he has had countless opportunities to pay me and only when the report was opened did he deign to respond to me, I know that he continues receiving jobs because he himself admitted it, in addition to the fact that at first . He had to pay me when that account was finished, it seems ridiculous to me to have to wait even longer to receive my money when he continues receiving payments

I also offered him that if he didn't want to pay me directly we would use an intermediary. The application was rejected because it would have to wait several weeks for the work to be completed. The efforts he tried to make were denied. Alleging even more that if he has had a job while this was happening, I have already obtained another voucher, I only have to wait for the decision that you are going to make.

 

Since I was mentioned on this thread I am going to respond. I reached out to @Alone 5 two days ago when this thread was first posted.

Essentially I told him that @runrstar is doing a job for me and when he finishes the job I would be happy to direct payments his way. I had already discussed this with @runrstar in advance and he agreed. @runstar wants to pay his debt but I don't believe he currently has the funds.

@Alone 5 was rude to me and essentially told me to send him the payment now. Which is out of the question as my service is incomplete. If @runrstar completes the job he's doing for me as we agreed he will have the funds to cover his debt. If a mod wants more details on this job he's doing for me, feel free to reach out. But I'm not dealing with @Alone 5 anymore.

 

The solution in my opinion is simple, you can pay me the $115 directly because I have no reason to trust you, that was the last thing I told you in the messages, if you really want to help @runrstar pay his debt and trust that he will to finish your work, and also guarantee me that any debt will be paid after he finishes? It seems better to me that they pay me at this moment and everyone can go their own way.

The second option is that @Yoshiki receives the payment and that this report is updated with the percentage of work that @runrstar has to complete and the description of the work, to know when @Yoshiki can release that payment to my wallet

Both options seem fine to me, if you don't like either, I'll tell you again, then don't bother.

@Yoshiki What can be done in these cases since neither of they wants to collaborate and I did my part and did my best, Mustache offered to pay me and is now backing out, which means he had no intention of paying in the first place

 

Your statement is factually incorrect. I originally offered to redirect payments from Runrstar directly to you after Runrstar completed my service (at Runrstar's request). Runrstar and I have had several previous business dealings as can be seen on our vouch threads, so I was willing to help him out.

You refused this offer due to lack of "trust in me" and wanted me to pay you the full amount upfront. This is something which I have absolutely no obligation to do. Not only does this alter the terms of my agreement with Runrstar, but after speaking with you I frankly don't like you and don't want any further dealings.

Please stop referencing me moving forward as I have no involvement in your dealings with Runrstar. I will still be paying Runrstar directly when he completes my services per our agreement.

 

Please don't respond anymore this thread has nothing to do with me here I'm just waiting for them to make a decision
