Context : This worker started making an order for me, 1 ds2 account from scratch, the estimated time was 1 month maximum

The order started the day 17/04/23

The worker delivered the day 08/06/23 ( This means that the worker took +20 days of the maximum time to complete the order)

The pay for the worker was $64 but since there were +20 days of delay then this has consequences, so I paid $40 to the worker and now he won't work for me anymore


This person is spamming my vouchers and is threatening me on discord to defame me and spam all the time

Quedamos en hacer algo por el resto que no estaba y que pagarías en su totalidad y yo pagué mi retraso. El cliente nunca me reclamó por el resto, más bien lo entendió y lo había pagado completo donde tú decías que no me había pagado por lo tanto no me lo había pagado.

I have reviewed all screenshots; it does not appear that any information was communicated in relation to the consequences of a late delivery prior to the order being placed. Please provide me with further evidence that this was discussed, as well as a specific time-frame.

 

@Spartan Osrs Gold has paid @Roxi5512 the remaining $24 of the service.
Spartan OSRS Gold failed to communicate the consequences of a late delivery prior to the order being placed, so can therefore not withhold any payments.

@Roxi5512 You must also stop posting on their threads. I advise the both of you to go your own separate ways.
