Anything else you wish to say:
1) Our TWC relates to a miscommunication with staff on how to process affiliate payments on RSGR
2) We have completed the disputed payment to RSGilded, we have apologized for the delay, we never intended to deny their payment, our staff was just not properly trained on affiliate payments
3) We have since trained our full staff on how to manage affiliate payments, and have streamlined communication so that any issues are escalated properly to our admin
4) We never defrauded or caused damages to any user at any time
5) We have continued to operate our website and have done transactions ranging from $5 to $1000+ since the TWC was applied
I hope I can have my TWC lifted, the steps above have been taken to assure this does not happen again.
