Dear sythe staff, we would like to dispute about a TWC that we have received month + ago, from the date until now our work kept on going with quality and good customer care.The customer who had faced a problem and made the report and we are good again and continue business with each other. We have helped the customer with the most we could even after the TWC we received we took care of the situation by giving the customer discount on hes NEW order. We have over 100+ new positive vouches on discord from the report date until now, we think that also proves that our trading experience is not bad and we kindly like to apply for the TWC removal.
