I ordered around 12 hours ago, been talking to a staff, he closed the chat on me, same again with another rep. It's a scam site, I paid for 100m and received 0 gp, they asked for ID- I refused, they said wait 12 hours as owner is away.

Anyway, made a dispute- what's the best thing to do now?

Nevermind, I talked with 5 reps they just closed chat. Talked to one of their reps called Fun and he sorted it and refunded.
