RsGoldFast.com scammer

Good Day Everyone,

I am here to report a scam and prevent users from being scammed in the future.

I purchased gold in the amount of 58$ (100m) from the site www.rsgoldfast.com

They required a lengthy process to as i was unaware. They wanted me to send them a picture of my drivers license and more personal info. I decided to not waste my time and quickly purchased gold from another reseller.

This is where the scam begin, I requested a refund shortly after my purchase and they promised a full refund within 24 hours.

24 hours later... there was nothing in my paypal so i joined their live chat again which they quickly agreed to process a full refund but i had to wait ANOTHER 24 hours. This went on and on for 6-7 days , each day i joined the live chat requesting a refund and each day they promised a refund after 24 hours.

Now almost 14 days later and no refund still i decided to take further action and open a claim with paypal..

I quickly joined the chat again at rsgoldfast.com and they said since i opened a claim they will not be refunding me. It is likely they will win this dispute with paypal has their buyer protection sucks.

I have a few many screenshots of these live chat session i can gladly provide.

To add ; it looks like this has happened before (the exact same scenario) to another user reported here (see below link).

Here is the first image of them promising a refund within 24 hours( this was my 5th attempt after 6 request for a refund and they promised the same thing)

Here is them now telling me they cannot refund me because i opened a claim, where i kindly asked them to resolve the claim/dispute by refunding the amount and the claim will be closed and resolved. But they want me to close the claim before refunding me so that i cannot open another claim.

Its a pretty obvious scam, why would they want to wait for PayPal judgement ? why would they not simply resolve the claim?
