I think the user should be trade with cautioned for the following reasons:

1. He has no money to pay his workers.

2. One of his workers has left the service and has been requesting his 50m deposit back Kyle doesn't have money to do this.

3. He owes another worker for 40-80 agility but told him to stop mid way and that he would pay him 100m for that progress but needs 2 weeks to pay the 100m. - You will have to ask Kyle or his other worker to come forward about this situation im only bringing it up.



4. He was to complete 4x accounts for me for the total of 240$, only 2 were completed and 2 were abandoned barely started. I paid for the 2 that were completed which was 120$ even though I felt screwed over by him.



5. I believe he owes me a refund of 120$ now for the 2 accounts as he has just come forward now that the accounts could have been botted when my job was for a non macro completed job.



The reason he is calling his worker 'my employee' now is I offered the worker money to complete Kyles 2 unfinished accounts.

I also thought the accounts where being botted one night when I contacted Kyle and his worker Carlos while the accounts were logged in but they were unresponsive even after recovering the accounts.




Kyle has just informed me now that he KNEW his worker was involved in scamming on Sythe and Powerbot. He also stated that his worker Carlos paid a 100m deposit in order to do my job when he never actually did this is just ridiculous.







I believe Kyle owes me 120$ for 2 accounts, I also believe that Kyle will attempt to scam quit and should receive TWC.

First explanation - I hired carlos and a guy called alex (the guy taking the agility order), i assigned carlos to an tutu order of x4 accounts we was both meant to finish 2 accounts each but i didn't calculate that i would have to end all other orders we was getting quoted on, so i told carlos to finish his two and ill sort mine out with tutu, throughout the order tutu provided an fresh account un bonded, i bonded the accounts for carlos and he paid for supplies, one night carlos told alex to finish his agility on them two accounts and he way pay them (without telling me) and i awoke to the fact that tutu recovered accounts which was fresh from the start which doesn't make sense because carlos didnt reply so if that doesnt scream scam i dont know what does...

2. I work as an fulltime electrician but have been doing this for the past month to get out of irl debt (around 2k+) its now down to 700£ but i have an 1k overdraft which i was going to go into to clear my debts in game hense the thread, i dont know if mods can check but you can see my pms that i have been turning down offers of people so if i was scamming im pretty sure that wouldn't be the case!!!










3. There was no agreement or anything on any of my worker requests threads stating they HAD to deposit 50m, i requested it when we talked on skype but gave carlos, time to work it off which i dont normally do!!! because he explained his IRL problems which i shall not state.... Also to defend my side i have given carlos, alot of jobs on 0% commision (i made nothing on) just because i classed carlos as an friend even after finding out he is linked to scam profiles and alex is on powerbot and sythe.



4. Carlos went behind my back and started working for tutu, after i tried to reason with tutu and ask if i could cancel the other x2 orders as one of my family members had his second stroke in two weeks around this time, and he just wasnt understanding at all i previously spoke to mootrucks about this and asked if i could do this.




5. The buying of gold, im heavily in debt irl and still trying to buy back gold to pay people off to get my self in more debt irl when i could just leave now? I wouldn't have traded multiple people including @Jbuck0 back the 100m i loaned of him the past two days if im intending on just quitting....


6. Behind the scenes tutu and carlos did not see the pain it caused me because of this order, i got banned twice for rwt on two seperate mules which is hard asf to happen? And i still paid for every order they completed even breaking into my profits, given numerous jobs to workers for free just because im not a bad guy!!! And from my experience i dont think im 100% sure if i even have to repay the deposit but im still trying to get the money together for him!!

7. Stopping the guy doing the full 80 agility was a worker working on one of my own personal accounts ill break this one up, 7a: i was scared carlos would tell him to suicide bot my account because he was mad at me 7b: i couldnt afford the full service so i agreed with alex that i would work out price for work done and pay him for that when iget the cash as im struggling right now..


All in all im sorry if some of this doesnt make sense i can get more screenshots im just mad, that tutu is creating this over an fall out we had because i wouldnt finish and account for him due to irl problems... ty for your time

 

I would also like to add, that i am under suspicion and iwas going to adress carlos about this before he went behind my back and started working for tutu, that he was steeling from accounts i had carlos as my main quester and i had an long term customer called ''big dick austin'', ill try to find his sythe who was ordering multiple orders daily! Recently carlos has been the only person who has had the password to his account (and my self), obviously it can be twisted around to say i could have scammed but no i refund big dick austin ammount stolen because he had screenshots of the bank before and after, with rough times the accounts was logged in all when i was sleeping because i had work in the morning...

 

Carlos explained to me he scammed 3 years ago, i still took him on and let him work off a price for me for my own insurance! People change i gave him an chance gave him orders for free which i didnt make profit on and i got returned with him going behind my back and taking other orders....

We also agreed 60$ per account for 4 accounts not an full order, you provided fresh accounts not semi trained with an deadline you're now trying to make money from this and using my report at your advantage

 

You got permission from Mootrucks to cancel the order based on. I was abusive and changing stuff constantly?

Id like to see proof of that. I was nothing but nice and respectful and the order was never changed once.

 

No i did not get permission of moo trucks that would be getting mootrucks in trouble too which is no my intention i simply asked a question was i entitled to refund any order which isn't going well for any reason.... Sorry if i wored it wrong I'm going taking my girlfriend home be gone for a few hours hope this can be resolved..

Can you explain to me and provide proof where you can of the setup for the deposit of Carlos?

You told Tutu that he has given you a deposit of 100m but Carlos denies this?

In terms of your story about why you're buying 550m 07. At this point it's difficult to accept that you were wanting to buy 550m 07 when you have no money and are having issues with your bank.

 

Issues with my bank i ow debt companies, my banks fine you're misinterpeting this i still have an overdraft which i can go in if you look through my pms, i have been turning down offers whic hwas too high??!? so why would be a scammer.

 

Honestly i have toomuch going on irl right now to handle this report as tutu knew and still chose to put me through this, azie feel free to label me as an scammer im fighting an well respected donator i have no change just ban my account or something and ill go on my way you'll be saving me the 250m i was have paid back to users too... + multiple hacked account i will still be refunding due to carlos.

 

We can deal with that privately because there will be a lot of private information. Before then can you explain the deposit situation?

 

Accusing me of scamming me now, I've been on accounts of orders you gave me at the start with 50m+ I could have just scammed and not work off any deposit for you. I didn't do that then, why would I do that now if Tutu liked my work and gave me jobs better paid than the services you gave me with 20%? If I'd have scammed something I wouldn't be here for sure trying to get my deposit back and accepting tutu's jobs. All this because you got mad that "I went behind your back", even accusing me of botting on accounts when I've screenshot everything. I have nothing to hide, I even admitted being banned on powerbot 3 years ago, which didn't get lifted because I couldn't afford the money at that moment.

 

Kyle is banned for now. Hopefully he decides to resolve this.

What is your argument for demanding 50m 07 deposit back? You never paid him any money.

 

I did not pay him, I worked off 50m worth or orders for that 50m, I can screnshot everything.
