Reporting Elite Ranks

I am owed 4b RS3 by the owners at the time, James and Coin.

Back in January @Carbon and @King Krab asked for a refund on their ranks, which James and Coin were unable to pay. They asked me to loan them 10B RS3 in order to pay them off, so the scam report on Sythe could be taken down. I wanted to help resolve the issue so I agreed, and I have a video of the trade, along with some screenshots of the Teamspeak chat logs. If a moderator would like to see the video please let me know. I've been routinely asking for my money back, and I always received excuses such as 'lost a lot today', 'just got banned bro', 'I'll pay next time there is a rank sale'. Coin took several months to repay despite selling MANY ranks during this time period. I don't need to go into detail, but both owners had enough gold and or BTC to repay me at ANY time.

James, however, still owes me 4B RS3 at around 0.18/m. I have been a little inactive on the staking side of things as I am in the process of moving house and I have better things to do than beg for my money back. I have heard that he has recently scam quit, and thus I am writing this report to receive the remaining 4B from Coin, as they were JOINT owners.

I'm aware Coin may have lost a lot of money due to this scam quit, but I don't think myself or others who are owed money should be punished as a result. I feel bad doing this as I have worked with this FC from the ground up, and I've always enjoyed my time working with them. However, I am owed money and have been very patient.

 

@Milotic can you please link/send proof of trades and everything you have to go along with the amount that they actually owe you?

I just want to clear one thing out before saying anything I am not @Elite James (person who owns all money to everyone).So yeah my partner recently "left" clan after owning insane amount of money to shit loads of people which he will apparently refund tomorrow.I do not owe anyone nothing at all it's just him who quits like a pussy and then spams because he lost few grands.Also I want to mention my 5B I owned is fully paid to @Milotic.

 

This is correct, Coin did not scam me. The co owner of the clan did. Coin took a VERY long time to pay me, but he did eventually pay. My quarrel is not with you Coin. I know you're a good guy, but the responsibility lies to the remaining owner of the clan, you, to repay the scams of James.

There is a rule that site owners are responsible for their workers, and if a worker scams then the owner is responsible. I know this is shitty and it must feel awful having all this pinned on you at once but we're all out of money and need it back

 

James said he is apparently paying everyone tomorrow via WU & BTC so please contact him on discord.If he doesn't repay you I will have to do that then.

 

I had a conversation with Coin, and he's going to repay me in the event that James does not. Thank you for your cooperation

No word from anyone today and I'm going to sleep, if a mod / @Matt123 / @Soul Rich is able to collect the BTC for me should one of the two decide to pay, then that is fine.

 

Aight news are that @Elite James (ex-owner of elite ranks) will pay all debts as he said.He already contacted Won Gold and will send him WU so won gold can send BTC to @Milotic .

 

I am in talks with Jam3s now. I'm holding off on a scam report. I'll give him the chance to payout before I report. My report isnt just going to be a scam report either. If he plays games with my money, I'll destroy any chance of him ever returning.

As of right now Im owed:

2-2.5b in rs3 remaining from an account recovery. (Purchased two accounts and they were recovered by the creator. James just resold them. They repaid me 5b of the 7-7.5b that was approximately on the account) The 1.2b I paid for them was repaid by Jam3s earlier.

2b scam committed by a elite ranks host: I was asked to cover a 2b bet. After watching the bettor try and get it called for two days I finally agreed to cover. I was unwilling to go first because ranks had been scam quitting left and right. (This was right after commission staking was removed) So I attempted to find alternative ways to have others hold the gold or use a MM for the bet. Finally carbon vouch'd for me and he agreed to let me cover the bet. (Zach trusted carbon/crab) What I didnt know is this scumbag had messages another x'er and told him the same thing. He got two of us to cover the bet. This way if he won he could collect from both of us while holding the bettors original bet money. However he lost and when I came to collect he told me to fuck off. Apparently it was a "mistake" and never paid me. Time stamps and gyazo's readily available. (User was kicked a few days later after more scam accusations)

This is our conversation after a two days of him trying to get me to call his bets. I was hesitant because of all the scam quitting that was happenning.

Now I've also paid out a few small donations and bets for Jam3s as well. I'm not going to try and collect that. It was only a few 100m rs3. He wants me to post proof of the gold on the account right before it was recovered. All I can show is numerous gyazo's of winnings/loss's for large amounts on the account. ( I only owned it a few days before recovery) Now if he wants to play that game I can easily show 15b+. I'm not that kind of person though. I dont want anything but what is rightfully mine. If Jam3s could enter the elite teamspeak I can gyazo our conversation. They readily admit they used a new trainer, they admit the accounts were in fact recovered and, they repaid me 5b of the 7-7.5b that was on the accounts. The trainer recovered because I was advertising 1-10b and Jam3s owed them a significant amount. They thought it was jam3s on the account. Luckily I knew better than to trust my gold on a poly. Kept the bulk of it on my own personal account.

As of now, payment has not been received and I have been more than generous with the time limit to pay.

Owner/coin is essentially at fault no matter who is supposed to pay for the other half as he agreed to accept the full payment, meaning it is his full responsibly to issue the full refund for the payment, not partial.


@Owner is now banned for scamming 4b rs3.
