I am not paying you a penny unless I am absolutely obligated to. I will continue to fight this case until this is resolved because it's very clear at this point that we both know that I wasn't the person responsible for tweeting your account out.

So far I have mapped out the following inconsistencies with this so called "report" (If we should even call it that lmfao):

- Milotic has not shown proof that the person responsible for tweeting his account was me (This should be top 1 priority, all reports require PROOF)
- Milotic has not shown proof that the tweet sent out was the reason for his ban on "Assault"
- Milotic admits to massive RWTing, so there's no way to tell whether the tweet sent out was how "Assault" got banned
- Milotic admits to tweeting himself in order to frame me (stated earlier in the report)
- Milotic states that the ONLY person that would care enough to tweet him is Hattez
- Before reporting me, Milotic was my top competitor in Name Sales so it's quite obvious why he wanted me banned and wanted to do anything that he could to achieve that
- King Krab was pardoned for tweeting without having to pay a single penny when he actually DID tweet out someone



Again, no proof of anything from Milotic has been shown thus far. I am being framed as I have stated many times over and over. It really doesn't take a rocket scientist to understand why Milotic wanted me banned in the first place. Can someone PLEASE explain to me WHY the FUCK I am being held responsible for this?

Tweet was up a minute or two after you threatened to do so. Also following California based twitter accounts, which is where you claim to live. Hmm.

I'd like to think I played a decent part in convincing Closer to pay debts and return to Sythe. I don't care for a market monopoly, my work speaks for itself.

Nobody reported Crab for getting any accs banned or loss of wealth. If a ban occurred directly after the tweets, I encourage the person to post a report.

Yes I'm aware this doesn't add much more to the report, but I think refuting Josh's points will help my case.

 

I was banned for tweeting and pardoned for tweeting.

I lost ~2300M 07 and 3 Accs upwards of $300.
The person I tweeted? Nothing. He was not banned until weeks later. He can teamviewer and show mods the login and the names and line em up with the date I tweeted and the date he was banned.


Our situations are different and I'm being generous about the amounts and the prices whereas you want the 1-Year-Wait sale price.

Please stop bringing my name up in here as our situations are different and I was already punished and paid the consequences AND lost accounts with no compensation.

It would be a negative EV move for him to "come forward" - as if I abused him - after him tweeting me getting me banned then me going after him.

 

Yeah, your situation is different. I agree. I was responding to Josh's point, trying to convey that it was completely different.

My point was that you didn't have to repay anything and were allowed to pardon because there was no report made. There's zero proof he lost money due to your actions. It's different.

this cunt wants 250 USD+ for his account he paid 4gp/xp. Def, Mage and HP only. Theres a reason why he never showed what he paid. He didnt want users knowing these things go for less than 100 dollars. Now re-evaluate what Joshuag owes @Milotic

07 training is more expensive than rs3 training generally speaking. (Mage, Def, HP) You were caught saying you pay 4gp/xp in discord. Earlier in this thread you attempted to extort $250 for the poly account. When in fact you paid less than $100 for it. Im just trying to get the value of the account and rsn in line. This way if Joshuag ever decides to repay he isnt paying 2.5x more than he should.
