My postition:
I think Marcellus should be banned or given a severe punishment, and paid nothing. Over the sheer volume of the case, his lying and dishonesty has been dismissed. If possible, (since the admin is another, objective, outside opinion) could the people you consulted with make an argument for Marcellus being banned or not, on the basis of his dishonesty and lying? I understand the innocent until proven guilty, but that was breached when I had to provide screenshots of my conversations with a worker Marcellus hired, only on the WHIM that we were working together and it cost me hours. Look, I'm trying to be reasonable but I'm a CASUAL sythe user. This isn't something I want to 'factor in my operating costs'. I was wronged, clearly, and put a lot of effort into something that didn't really need it.
I want the following to be considered and addressed. Keep in mind the majority of things are in my 2nd long post with evidence and has yet to be responded to.
A point he has made: that the responsibility of the accounts status IF he hired someone is on him, and should it be banned or he didn't take the responsible measures, he sacrificed his work. He said he accepted that responsibility and he has proved he was irresponsible and he cannot prove he was responsible either.
He has argued that he responsibly ensured everything went well and that it did. This is delusion that hasn't been addressed.
1) account hack- 4/20/17. This happened, as I've reasonably demonstrated, because of a rogue hiree. He denied this at all times and gave no indication he hired anyone until I asked AFTER, nor has he given his conversations with the people I accused him of hiring to see if he gave them my account details, whether he asked for screenshots, etc.
Multiple times he told me he worked on the account personally, when questioned specifically he responded with/ like this, that he personally was working on my account. (

Note the last screenshot where he shares (in trust/cluelessly) that he thinks it was 'someone who did a service for me' that hacked MY account.
- he said his SKYPE account was hacked by someone he knew IRL and hammered this point dozens of times
- he says in that 3rd screenshot (I've repeated this so many times), that HE HIMSELF thinks it was someone who did a service for him, and he has denied this every single time I bring this up.
So Marcellus gave his skype details to someone he hired? That doesn't make sense. His story falls apart here, and he hasn't been honest with this at all. I think we all can reasonably conclude I was hacked by someone he hired, and not by some imaginary irl friend. He 'accepts responsibility' in his last post, but still makes no mention of admitting that it was someone he hired who hacked him.
Now what I wanted his voice on from the beginning was, why did he insist he did the work himself (when I asked throughout the service) and now he says 5% was done by others? Can you list the proof in those screenshots you've given to even prove this? CLEAR exaggeration and dishonesty here. I asked you to show how thorough you were in getting who you hired, so you can establish responsibility when you hired people (as opposed to hiring the cheapest person you can find knowing your risking my account not yours). You haven't done this, or shown the screenshots from people you hired, or explained why you thought it was a good idea to keep the password same for everyone all the time, or why you lied so much.
So far, in all the evidence I've given for him to respond, it took him WEEKS to provide jumbled screenshots that are clearly missing A TON of quests. He's contradicted and lied, along with shifting his story (the hacking) and each lies means I have to go to search and compile evidence, just to get ignored. Then, after getting ignored I get accused of being friends with someone he hired and spent hours posting screenshots for that. To top it off he accuses me of negligence, when he hasn't taken care of my account security at all. How is this fair? He's taking advantage of people not looking at all the evidence I post. Basically because I'm trying to be thorough and meticulous, he's being let off the hook. And him not being either thorough or meticulous, is not banned.
Meanwhile, he hasn't addressed all the missing holes in his story, or shown himself to be at all responsible, and he wants compensation for the work he has proof for, minus a fair amount for negligence, for the total amount to exchange hands. Let's sub your work for x, negligence for y, and total amount for z.
Okay Marc you have screenies for what, 70 cook lvls, 30 herb, 50 fming, and maybe 40-60 quest points, like 50 useless pictures that show nothing useful, and some slayer levels, among some other stuff. Let's call this x. You will be paid for x.
Now negligence. You can't and won't show you've been responsible while searching and communicating for people to work on my account. Youre missing a ton of screenshots. You've demonstrated, by never telling me to change my password, and lying about being the only person to work on my account, that you allowed people to bot while also lying and scamming me about this. As a result, you've wasted a ton of my time just so I could tell you what you already know, that you deserve payment for what you did but should be paid nothing for what happened as a result of hiring other people!
Let's take this in two parts:
The first part, you let other people work on the account while misleading me into thinking it was only you who worked on it. I think this amount (the stuff you can't account for+negligence) is equal or greater than x, the work you should be compensated for.
The second part, you wasted so much of my time by being delusional and repeating the same arguments with.no new evidence. Have you responded to the screenshots of my second post yet? (The answer is nope). You responded to ONE of DOZENS, and ONLY to something that had to do with you being SHADY. You glazed over concrete evidence and failed to provide your own.
Your screenshots from the people you hired. Where are they? You didn't require them though you said you would get them. This is more negligence.
Now that the account is banned and y is already more than x, does this mean you should pay me? I'm willing to equate x and y if you agree what you did deserves a ban or another form of serious punishment.
As a side note, yeah it's not a lot of money and it's irrelevant in the long run but I don't want to waste the time I already invested for him to walk off freely and do this to other people. If there wasn't so much volume in time I'd forget about it but it feels no different than donating to a criminal who made harm on me, to make harm on others.
