Really Complicated Scam- Need Advice/Help

@Ryan mate why are turning and twisting the facts of everything to make me seem blameworthy? If I asked you to train the prayer why did you get 65 prayer? was that necessary or benefit me in any way? or did you do it for your own purposes? also you started training magic even before I had the account, and you continued so don't put it on me.....
Also can you please base your arguments from what was said at the time we got into an agreement, and send evidence from that instead of what was said 2 weeks later? ALSO THERE WAS NO MSG/AGREEMENT OF ANYTHING BEING CHANGED/ADDED, AS YOU'RE CLAIMING OKAY?
On this point a person cant go to buy a " black mercedes" and agreed on a buying price then 2 weeks later say to the dealer oh crap I wanted it fully customized, and expects to have it for that same price, unless that was mentioned in the agreement, correct?

@ryanWhat evidence are we talking about, the one presented by you which is carefully selected, with 50% of the actual things said omitted,and doesn't show the true nature of the events along with accusations based on "personal beliefs and suspicions", those arguments? because I think I pretty much responded to everything else.....

@Azie I saw ryan sent you the quest list as you requested, but the one he presented here was sent to me just a few days before I completed everything, so can you request the one he sent at the beginning that the entire service was based on, so you'll get a general idea what was presented to me, and why I interpreted the way I did leaving out those quests?

 

HOWEVER/REGARDLESS:
1) clearly he did not tell me to change the password (why the account got hacked)
2) we know on 3/21 Anti was clearly working on the account, which proves he is lying about this
3) where are the screenshots, even after he has admitted to hiring someone after lying?


BIGGEST ISSUE THAT DISREGARDS EVEN GIVING CONSENT:
HIS WHOLE ARGUMENT IS PREDICATED ON THIS BUT HE BLINDS OVER THIS PART AND NO ONE IS HOLDING HIM ACCOUNTABLE
1) WHY DID HE NOT INFORM ME TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD AFTER- DOES THAT NOT MAKE HIS SERVICES NULLED
2) WHY DID HE PASS IT ON AS HIS OWN
3) WHY DID HE DENY IT AFTER


1)Now respond to the part about changing the password and letting me know. Gonna glaze over that? That's the biggest part of this. You didn't tell me to change the password and it got hacked. How many times does this evidence need to be shown before you respond?
A) WHY DID YOU LIE AND COVER UP YOUR STORY BY PRETENDING YOU DID THE WORK YOURSELF. YOU PRETENDED TO DO THE WORK YOURSELF. WHY.

B) WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME TO CHANGE THE PASSWORD OR LET ME KNOW YOU HIRED PEOPLE. THE ACCOUNT GOT HACKED AS A RESULT.

It seems there are no Sythe conversations between you two. This may be because you both have deleted them.

@riskfighter I am still waiting for the Skype conversations as you haven't sent me them (3rd time I'm asking).

@Marcellus1404 could you answer that? Also I'm still waiting for the screenshots of the work you did.

It seems you're both avoiding giving me pieces of information I have already asked you to provide me with.

Furthermore, I will now consult with other staff members to hear their thoughts and opinions on this situation.

 

@Azie sorry for taking the time mate, but I'm not avoiding presenting what you requested, but like I mentioned before some of the work was done on my laptop that my gf currently has, so I need to get that and see what screenshots are on it and present that to you....so it would be presented shortly.

 

@Ryan, as ive explained to you 100 times before, that happened due to someone ik irl having access to my skype account and access to all my msgs as a result of it, NOT "BECAUSE OF SOMEONE I HIRED SCAMMING ME" AS YOU KEEP ASSUMING, and at the point I realized this, I told you immediately to change the password, and taking the responsibility, i replaced the gp that was lost.
Furthermore one of the things I said I would've done when I got your permission was to remove the gp from the account when hiring anyone, for safety measures , I did so and here is the evidence to prove this!


@Azie You obviously didn't find the sythe conversation because there wasn't one, and this only proves even more how delusional this guy is, because not so long ago there was so many accusations of me "deleting the convo and how it incriminates me and how It stated that things could be changed in the agreement and what not" :/

Thirdly (regarding your point B) I didn't know that after I had your permission to hire someone I had to notify you once again that I'm hiring someone, doesn't that make the "permission already given" pointless? or am I getting the definition of "permission" all wrong?

 

@Azie THIS IS WHAT I HAVE CURRENTLY ON MY OSBUDDY, I USED RUNELOADER ON MY OTHER LAPTOP (WHICH I USED WITHIN THE FIRST WEEK OR SO OF THE SERVICE BUT SINCE THAT TIME FRAME IS NOT UNDER ISSUE/QUESTION I SENT THESE IN THE MEAN TIME, BUT ILL STILL TRY TO SEE WHAT I CAN GATHER FROM THAT LAPTOP......(GF CURRENTLY HAS IT AND SHES AWAY AS PREVIUSLY MENTIONED)
THESE SCREENSHOTS SHOWS FROM 100 QPS ONTO THE COMPLETION OF THE PACKAGE.

 

Im still sure there was a sythe message. We have one with the jad I did for you WHEN IT WAS UNNECESSARY, and I get sythe pms from EVERY person I do service with no matter how big or small, that is just how precautious I am. There is NO WAY a sythe conversation did not happen because I HAVE memory of it being sent and so do you, as in our messages YOU tell ME to check our sythe agreement, and once I check it AFTER YOU TELL ME it DISAPPEARED. I refer to its contents multiple times because it had information that would hold you accountable for what's done and in NO way incriminate me.

Look I have no doubt that you did some of the questing. SOME.

You also say you took the gp off the accounts before making your service. Who cares? You keep repeating the same stuff and showing the same one picture. What about the thieving order and agility. Show proof for that too. They could have botted it and it doesn't matter to you. You said they would provide screenshots, too. Where are they for the thieving and agility? THEY'RE NOT I bet you're missing a ton of screenshots. Showing 5 and stalling EVEN MORE isn't making anyone happy. You show the proof that's already out there with Anti. You did it with him AFTER the account got hacked. You haven't shown your messages with the thieving service. You didn't tell me to change the password. You didn't shown messages for agility. You didn't tell me to change the password. You didn't even tell me to change the password after Anti was done working on the account. Are you stupid? Seriously? I sent my messages with Anti to Azie. Everything should support what I am saying

 

@Ryan Did you delete it the sythe convo then? Because like azie said it had to be both Of us, and I don't even recall that sythe msg, so obv it wouldnt incriminate me because:
(1) I never had an agreement with you that anything can be added/changed, that you're claiming we had, so can you please grow up and stop being delusional?
(2) We didn't even had a sythe conversation in the first place regarding that package, so all we're left with is what we agreed upon on skype on March 3rd! (getting 145 quest points for rfd)
BTW I DID ALL THE QUESTS, ALL! Atleast you cant say now that the first week was under question also, because you did mention I was really slow and what not right?
And why is it that things that I agreed upon and presenting evidence of complying "doesn't matter" but the others that you assume I don't have evidence of complying matters? wasn't removing the gp part of what I said, when I also said I'll let you change the password? so why do you care about one and not the other? It shows that you're just looking for any excuse you can find to escape paying, and not actually interested in being fair!

@Azie I don't think that "do not trade" was a reasonable decision mate, but yeah ill try to see what I can gather soon, but mind you there wasn't a lot of skilling because the quests were done in an order to get as much of the skills needed as possible!

 

@Azie also I'm a bit annoyed with the way this is being handled, where everything has been placed on me, while hes not being held responsible for anything (his actions, nor his false accusations) and I think I deserve an explanation on 2 points while we wait until I gather more eveidence:
(1) Is it not established that I had the permission to hire others? if not please explain how so?
(2) Is it not clear that on the 3rd of March when I started the order, as it was clearly stated that I had to gain 145 qps for b gloves, Isnt that the foundation of this agreement and that was what I agreed to do? if you disagree please state reasons for.
BECAUSE IF BOTH ANSWERS TO THOSE POINTS ARE YES, WHICH I HONESTLY BELIEVE, IT IS POINTLESS CARRYING ON THIS ANY FUTHER.

 

Your accusations about him and the other guy being friends are being checked out. After that's done I will look into other issues.

@Ryan I just want to clarify one thing before presenting anything else to azie, you mentioned in your report that "no work was being done until I started hiring other persons or I was probably botting" so can you please state:
(A)when did you 'first suspect' that I was hiring others?
(B)Based on your 'evidence gathered' from when they proved that i started hiring others?

PLEASE DONT CONTRADICT YOURSELF WITH ANYTHING YOU SAID PREVIOUSLY, KEEP YOUR ANSWERS AS SHORT AND SIMPLY AS POSSILE, AND ALSO ON POINT(ANSWERS CONSISTING OF "DATES ALONE" WOULD SUFFICE), TY!
