    This is true. If you are eating 1300 kcal a day you are better of just quitting the gym entirely. You need to EAT to gain muscle. Why do you think people like The Rock eat like 10.000 kcal every day? If you eat too little your body goes into survival mode and it starts burning muscle.

    That's nice. Obviously didn't bother to read my thread where I mention I'm not interested in advice. And this is why, people read something and regurgitate it without actually knowing anything. I'm down 33 pounds now and have lost minimal muscle along the way. ;)

    I do know a lot and you're losing muscle mass (if you are in fact sticking to what you said you are doing). If you're ''not losing muscle mass'' it's most likely due to the fact that you're not actually sticking to what you said you were doing at all and having several maintenance calorie days a week or even a caloric surplus day within a given week. You are not a genetic specimen that is somehow bypassing the laws of nutritional thermodynamics.

    Once again, that’s nice. Think what you want buddy. I’ve been on the same paid meal plan and have been consistently losing weight. What matters to me is that it’s working, regardless of whatever you think you know lol.

    I dont care lol, if you dont want advice then dont go posting threads about it on an online forum.

    Also why are there no pictures anywhere? Blurr your head if you want to. I want to see those gains you are making. If you lost 33 pounds and didnt lose any muscle like you are saying you should be looking pretty jacked right now right? So unless you're bullshitting you should be willing to post a progress picture.
