Poppy very bronze ish champion, you have to be amazing to be effective in team fights and in high elo everybody knows how to deal and kite poppy so she's just extremely useless.

These are Poppy's stats , shes fun to play but not many pick her

I don't know about other players', but Poppy is on of the best champions'. She can become very aggressive if you know how to build items' on her and you can also player her as a tank and you will still hit quite a lot!

true, she does become aggresive but she doesn't hit that hard compared to other champions
