Anyway, I think selling your P Hats now would be advisable, or else you will be stuck with a piece of crap item that is still decreasing in price.

I agree. I like rares for their looks, like Santa hats and P Hats. Especially P Hats. Their merchanting and resale ability are no longer even taken into consideration.

Basic supply and demand. No one wants them (they're useless) so everyone who has them wants to get them off they're hands because they're going down so everyone's selling causing it to drop more thus fucking over rares. The economics of Runescape where once amazing before jagex went from capitalism to socialism, when runescape introduced the grand exchange all items slowed down in exchange. While in slowdown prices went up until it was worth trading, this never happened so Runescape fucked itself.

 

people would rather spend their money on a gs then a rare

 

Even if I had over 3b I wouldn't buy a phat.
Maybe some masks though
