[PENDING]Donor perk suggestion - Thread-bump grouping

Is something like this possible? Aside the obvious logistical benefit for users, it caters for those with numerous threads, alongside pseudo-filling the market that once was autobumpers/bumpers (without as many cons involved).

To clarify, this would not be automated. It would simply allow/enable one to group all their threads, and bump them at the same time, manually.

It would be a great donor perk addition, and undoubtedly would definitely be used by a large portion of the user-base.

 

Support, this is a great idea for a donor perk. This would make bumping threads so much easier especially those with 10+ threads. I have 5 threads and it would be so helpful just for those 5. Great idea

I support it as well. It alleviates a lot of pain for us who have many threads open.

 

I could support this very much fren, I have like 12 threads that I have to go down and reply to all comments.

Why don't you just leave it as it is, people who are lazy are asking for things like this, if you don't want to put the effort in you don't deserve the outcome, I'm sick of seeing people wanting to put minimum effort into receiving money, success requires determination and passion, not laziness and the easiest way out.

It's suggested as a $ perk. How is a better user experience that has litetally no market advantage, relative to any of the above. Efficient use of time =/= laziness.

If I were able to MANUALLY, MYSELF, bump all my threads at once, it just makes life easier. This isn't automated, and still requires the account holder to bump their threads every 4 hours - it just makes it more streamlined.

 

This is a great idea. I can't even imagine what having to bump a large amount of market threads manually must be like. It only makes sense to make this process easier if it is possible.

 

I'm with Strangerz on this. If you have 20+ threads open then you should manage all them them manually. If you wanna be at the top of a thread list, then actually work for it instead of having it automated.

Only way I would support this is if there was a tax ( monthly fee) on users being able to do this. I would not support this being a perk for a donor rank. It should cost more then a one and done payment. As far as how much it should cost a month, should be based on how many threads they wanted bumped. And then even then, @Sythe should get with a person who made an auto bumping bot and integrate it to the site. And only a neutral non-market using staff member should manage it. ( that way to ensure staff who have market threads didn't abuse) I get that all the users with like shops and under-paid employees need to keep business flow, but as with everything there should be a cost.

 

I can’t imagine what bumping a large amount of threads must be like... POOR ME. Get a grip. You’re on this forums to earn money if you have multiple threads, STOP WHINING ABOUT FREE PLATFORMS. It might take you an extra couple of minutes to manually bump your threads, I’ve never known anything like this. you don’t deserve what you’re being provided with if you think a small amount of effort is too much

 

I support this,it sounds like such a good time saver+ it makes everything far less tedious ,even if we're talking just a couple of minutes.

 

I don't think you understand much, if anything about business models in general, or understanding ones audience and target demographic.

Have you never heard of improving on a free service? Sythe is essentially a freemium model, with the sites sustainability and survivability based on traffic and site costs being tended to.

Just because something is free, doesn't mean you can't improve upon it. Heck, healthcare is free in Australia, so essentially, we should never improve upon it/never upgrade the service to be in line with technological advances/changes in medicine, etc.
