[PENDING] Add a Parallax effect to Sythe background

This suggestion is somewhat random, some may say useless, but it will give a better, more refreshing look and feel to Sythe.

The current background layout looks out of place. It repeats itself, and just looks funky.

This is a very simple implementation, but also gives a more professional look. I hope to see this added, would look nice!

I’ll support something like this as long as its not site damaging / breaking. I don’t want the original look changed, but I get what you’re saying.

 

I mean it is essentially useless, but it does look nice. With that being said, it won't go anywhere so no support.

 

looks pretty good, but I'm pretty sure theres plans to completely re-do the website so I don't think this will pass

 

it would be good to have the option to try both effects for the whole community
