Detailed description of the events that took place and why you think we should forgive you:

First and foremost, if I had the ability to turn back time, I would have come forward myself with my relation to xCode. Especially before my mod application. I am aware of the uncomfortable situation I could have created had the mod application gone through. I am sorry for that.

The events that occured: in 2010 LethalSh0ts was banned for scamming 25$. Consequently Robinhopok was banned for allegedly evading Robinhopok (xCode). Then I was banned for allegedly evading Robinhopok (xCode). I explained this pretty thoroughly in my previous pardons. In my previous pardons I have extensively explained xCode and my relationship and I have strong arguments and indicators to prove this (him being >5 year long Tribot scripter and me buying very elementary private scripts before the DNT, reputable people knowing both of us, etc.). I know that Sythe.org (understandably) does not uphold the same standards as the court of law for identifying individuals. Specifically, when dealing with very close friends or siblings Sythe holds either responsible, because of the unverifiability. Consequently, when the matter came to light I immediately paid what was due, I took and will take full responsibility because I respect this platform's rules.

But honestly, I think what is much more relevant than my link to Robinhopok (xCode) concerning an event that took place more than 10 years ago, is that this happened over 10 years ago. From and during that period (excluding the xCode activities on my account) I dealt with 1000s of trades and have always shown good trading practices. During my period on Sythe (11 years) I haven't had but a single report against me which ended up being resolved and at a later stage I even ended up doing this other party a favor. I believe that I have always shown excellent and proper trading practices and have complied with Sythe rulings.
In addition, during this entire DNT period of over half a year, I have successfully done business on numerous occasions and haven't had any problems. I thank most of this to my tendency to cover all possible scenario's with the parties involved by making crystal clear agreements by considering all scenarios. With my experience as a market user (and legal practitioner), I have developed a strong intuition for high-risk trades and always discuss risk-distributions for unwarranted scenario's to make sure anything unwanted is prevented.
Lastly, but not least, because this is a free market and we rely on each other's goodwill to make this a more safe and prosperous place I have never ceased to go out of my way to contribute. Through discussions, suggestions, reports, and-so-forth. I believe that I have contributed to this community and by lifting my market-ban, I will feel even more connected to it.

I hope that you have faith that I am and will always be: an ethical market-user and that you will consequently lift my market-access-ban.
