  Timeline of events:
  
  -Robinhopok (xCode on Tribot) was banned in 2010 for supposedly evading LethalSh0ts. The truth is he never actually evaded LethalSh0ts. LethalSh0ts was a friend that we knew from high school, hence the IP match. I don't believe there was more than an IP match linking them. By today's standards that wouldn't even constitute in a ban.
  -Nevertheless, Robinhopok (xCode on Tribot) was banned on Sythe but never bothered appealing because he wasn't interested in Sythe. He focused on Tribot and has a pretty good reputation there (5+ year official scripter). This can all be verified by contacting him on Tribot.
  -Nevertheless, Robinhopok (xCode on Tribot) was still playing RS, from time to time he would purchase a pin, since Sythe was more of the platform for this type of matter he would ask me to grab one for him. At some point in 2012-2013, I just linked his Skype account so he could buy them for himself. This explains the Skype link.
  -During the pandemic I set up my server, to stay busy with something other than my real-life job.
  -Robinhopok (xCode on Tribot), one of my best friends in real life created a .NET application that processes a ping from me and then bumps my threads with a message I specify. This is hosted from his home server. This explains the home audit match.
  
  Why you should forgive me:
  
  1. The events that I'm DNT'd for were over 10 years ago.
  2. When the matter came to light, I immediately paid off any debts.
  3. Robinhopok and I are two different people, I talked with @Andy about this and I know this is hard to prove. But even if you don't take me on my word here, the least you can do is verify that Robinhopok (xCode on Tribot) hasn't had any malicious intent by verifying his Tribot record as a scripter.
  4. There is a weak link between LethalSh0ts and Robinhopok (xCode on Tribot) - most likely only an IP audit.
  5. Proportionality: I did have a duty to investigate the matter and was careless when I asked Robinhopok (xCode on Tribot) to set up the .NET application for me. However, I believe that a 3-month DNT is more than enough of a sanction, considering my (in)actions. Especially taking into consideration proportionality; some other Users have been TWC'd for more severe actions. A total market-ban is much more impactful than a TWC.
  6. My personal liability in this matter. There is a causal link between a user other than me not disputing his ban in 2011 and me receiving a DNT.
  7. I've tried my best to demonstrate goodwill to the site with suggestions and annotations.
  8. I have shown flexibility in the sense that I am always willing to adjust my server rules for them to be in conformity with Sythe policy. I have also helped numerous people in this community.
  9. I have acquired a large number of vouches off-site demonstrating non-malicious intent.
  10. I have reported malicious activity whenever I could and to the best of my ability.
