When you treatened to file a scam-report (for the third time or so). That's when we canceled your order.

In any case, whether you like it or not, those were the T.O.S. that you explicitly said you read, understood and agreed to. We have a discord-channel that falls under their scope and before we came to an agreement we referred you to them and asked you if you had any questions about them. Unfortunately for you, you pushed us so far that we had to trigger them. You could have prevented this by acting normally.

Thanks for resolving this, I will take a look at the provision and modify it then, additionally, I have reached out to the customer and offered to finish the job. It should take a couple of hours at most, since all the skill requirements are finished.
Edit: customer refused our offer to finish the job (all skills are done, only four quests need to be finished), so we'll be agreeing on a price now.

 

The remaining quests - Druidic Ritual, Digsite Quest, Death Plateu, Troll Stronghold, Temple of Ikov, Desert Treasure, Bone Voyage.

From my original screenshot of the quests remaining, I did not take in to account quest required for the quests remaining.

Bone Voyage has a requirement of 100 Kudos, which in turn also requires further quests to obtain 100 kudos - 100 Kudos can be obtained by Cleaning finds - but also will require a minimum completion of the following quests - *Demon Slayer - Shield of Arrav, Rune Mysteries, Hazeel Cult, Observatory Quest

Will post screenshots of this shortly - or maybe, @President can post screenshots of him/his workers completing the above quests, as they're all requirements for the list I ordered - presumably, as a service provider they would screenshot each quest completed for the service they're providing.

As an act of gratitude, we'll pay you twice the ratio of the total quest time required for the unfinished quests (which is considered normal) to the total time spent on the account multiplied by the original lump!

10.4m to 65m still equals overpaying the matter considering the latter but will pay this because the customer has removed feedback, is willing to negotiate and is acting more reasonable. This is my final offer. Thanks!
