Osama's death was not justified

We will never get credible sources as too what the missions details were so the whole they went to kill him or capture will never be proven. Might as well drop this subject =)

More than America wanted him dead, remember he committed more terrorist attacks then just the 9/11 incident. He was wanted around the world not just by the US.

I'm sure we are on the nerves of other leaders, since to be honest when are we not? He has the right to be proud, and so does every American. Now I don't condone the celebrating that occurred but I do have a sense of relief knowing that their master mind is no longer around.

It does not seem that he is getting on the nerves of other countries leaders that don't already have hatred for the US. Many countries approve of his death some are having mixed feelings and some are against it.

 

Honestly everyone this is over and irrelevant now. There is no reason to argue whether or not his death was justified anymore, he will not be coming back.

My personal opinion is if he has taken 1000s of lives that alone is the justification for his death. I believe if he had taken 1 life maliciously he would deserve to die. I don't see how someone could think this man deserved his life after what he had done.

The amount of people defending OSAMA BIN LADEN on this thread is unbelievable.

The soldiers were just following orders. This is a time of war, and the insurgent had a weapon with intent to use it. They were right in every aspect of the law of war.

 

What would be the point in giving him a fair trial anyway? The whole world knows of the crimes this man has committed, its not like his punishment would have changed at all.

 

i beleive he would have gotten a trial if he din't try to go out guns blazing, alas he didn't surrender, so we'll never know what would have happened.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with showing hatred for someone who mercilessly kills innocent children and women. Are you kidding me? Organizing terrorist attacks isn't enough justification for you? I understand right to fair trial, but there ARE exceptions. Osama is the perfect example.

 

This argument is useless. As many of you read the day of his so-called murder, before facts were even politically released, i told everybody exactly what happened down to a miniscule level. Osama was not wanted alive, because it would have enraged terrorists to attack us, the United States, to receive any form of compensation. A KILL SQUAD was sent in. Dev-Gru is not a apprehension team. Period. They were sent in, guns loaded, and had the intent to kill Osama from the second ADM Eric Olson said the words "green light". Whether or not his death was justified is a matter of opinions. Its the same as whether or not states should have a death penalty or not.

 

I agree with OP, Osama was a great guy who did nothing wrong, who deserved a trial. /sarcasm

Fuck him. If you interpret that as "hate," then your probably someone I'm going to come into conflict anyway. There's absolutely no reason this guy deserves sympathy.

 

It's true, his death was not justified. Even though he is thought to have killed hundreds of people, he is still just as human as we are. He deserves the rights we have.

If you look at him from a different perspective you may even see a different person. He was willing to sacrifice lives for his beliefs. IMO Evil and good are based on perspective and context. (I still think what he did is wrong don't get me wrong lol)

 

I agree, Obama did not deserve what he got.

He deserved a lot worse.

I think he was lucky for what he got, he should have been tortured and forced to watch his family die in front of him before being killed in the slowest way possible.

 

Logically, he deserves a trial. Basic human rights.

Although, Im not 100% sure but I thought they found him armed. So they have every right to shoot him if his armed. Eh thats my opinion though.

I bet you anything that even if he was captured alive and brought into the United States for trial, he would have been assassinated. He killed thousands of American people, none of them had a chance for a fair trial when they died, he didn't deserve one either.

Even if he was given a trial, there's no way he would have been found innocent. I'm sure he would have been killed either way.

 

No one deserves to die.
