Okay.. I got scammed for 900$ [updated]

Ow man, that sucks hard. I friggin hate selfish people, If I were you and see that guy I would send him to oblivion.

 

I don't understand how this happened because of the note and the item was sent as payment owed, how could they charge back!?

You guys do realise that there is a 95% chance that it was credit card fraud / Paypal stealing and it wasn't her at all. Normal scammers wouldn't actually go through that process to cancel via credit card.

 

Since am swedish and dont need to be verified to have a decent limit i can just make like 10 acc get the person who is buying from me to send the money to one of my ''dummy'' accounts then send that money the moment i get it to my real account. ofc this will cost me like .30.. But worth it since if they charge back that account will be - and couldent care less since i got my money safe and sound in my real account. Whats paypal gonna do? dont have a creditcard or anything on it since am verified and i can use some false name and creat 1000 emails if i wanted to..

 

just call your credit card compagny and tell them your card is stolen 3 days ago. They'll cancel all payments, also from Paypal. Paypal will bring the balance back from the seller...

I found out the guy used a procxy tp register to my forums. he most likely used a oroxy as well to pay with paypal.

I got a friend who is going to spoof the guys paypal mail and send me a messag like "haha, I used a p;rozy to scma you : "

You know, I've been completely trashed, came home and gotten on the computer and still have been able to type perfectly. I mean I made errors, although nowhere close to what you just made, but I did remember the backspace button.

If the PayPal is verified or you have your address/phone number, they may contact you if this is left unpaid in many months' time.

I suggest you find out where he/she lives, find his/her phone number and PHONE HIM/HER. Then report his/her address and all the details you can find to
your lawyer or the police (if they care).

Don't call the police....GET A LAWYER. The police will just laugh at you.
