You're making unauthorized payments.

Put yourself in there shoes, you want a refund right when they require proof that you are doing this legally. Sketchy in there eyes, and they might of made a thread about you on there staff forums(lol joke).

But be honest, you're being sketchy. They will refund they are one of the fastest companies that I've dealt with.

Why are you using your mothers credit card?
Use a bank funded paypal.
If your mother already knows, get her to send her ID.
If she doesnt, stop stealing,

 

Its for security purposes many sites have started this for orders normally over 40mil. Too many people claim unauthorized payments, if they searched your paypal and seen unauthorized claims they will most likely ask for id for any trade.

they do this alot and they asked for that because maybe u said ur name and not ur moms or u didnt say ur 18.

Alright well I got a refund from the second sight I bought from, and I sent RSGoldSell.com another email but they are not replying. But just to answer some of the questions/statements. Yes I am using my moms credit card. With her permission. So for the people saying Blah blah don't steal from your mom well she knows. I am being shady? In a way I guess you could say yes, but considering I have completed 3 previous orders from them I don't see the big deal. And another thing, I have never been asked too take a picture of the credit card and email them the pic. To me thats a little ridiculous. And for the couple that said thats why kids shouldn't play, well you can go find yourself a private server to play on, its not that hard. But since you have a picture of weed as your pic you must be cool

 

Is there a way you can file a dispute? I mean, since they're outside of the country it would be a little hard so... I guess your best bet is to wait for the manager to respond. :S

 

do NOT FILE A DISPUTE WITH PAYPAL YET. IF YOU DO THEY WILL MAKE YOU CANCEL IT BEFORE YOU GET YOUR MONEY< WHERE U THEN MAY NOT REDISPUTE AND THEY WONT PAY UP. GET YOUR MOM TO SEND IN A PIC, IF ITS AUTHORIZED BY HER THEN YOUR FINE, YOU CAN ALSO SAY YOU USE AN ALIAS ONLINE TO PROTECT VS IDENTITY THEFT.

Why are you even at the site in the first place. They have a terrible track record, and you are on Sythe... Cmon, just buy the gold from sythe. You would've gotten better customer service and cheaper gold. It's a win-win.
